Bathroom: a toilet, bidet, shower, bath tub and a sink. The small laundry is outside of the apartment. You have your own 40 sqm deck, we provide camping chairs and a small folding table. Just 500 m from Silversand Beach in Betty’s Bay, Sol Y Sombra is a self-catering studio with courtyard and barbecue facilities. This cozy and homely open-plan studio has its own entrance and comes with tiled floors and wooden furniture. It features a double bed and bathroom has a bath. Guests can prepare meals in the kitchenette, which includes a gas hob, microwave, kettle and a refrigerator. The enclosed courtyard offers a table with chairs, BBQ facilities and a heated outside shower.

Seaside Sanctuary

Perfect home for re-connecting with friends and family, with a pool for the summer and fireplaces for the winter. The sand dunes are 15 meters from the house, and the beach a 3 minute walk Great for 1 or 2 families with up to 6 children, or 3 couples. Please note: not suitable for more than 6 adults. The house is set up with a well equipped kitchen, in- and outdoor braai, board/lawn games and a TV with Netflix.

Our home is perfectly situated in the heart of the Town, only 200m from the shops and bars and 300m from the main beach walkway. It is nestled on a small elevation with tremendous views of the coast and mountains. The house is recently renovated and we are now solar powered with mains back-up. There is a large braai room with seating for 10 people - where it all happens!
