The Herb Cottage is located on a spacious area with trees, gardens, a pond, and hiking trail. Enter the Cottage to the living room with a dining table, comfy sofa/sleeper, and TV. The bedroom has a queen bed and TV. A convection double oven, cooktop, and dishwasher will cook a delicious meal. The breakfast room has a dining table and microwave. Setup your laptop in the office and relax in a comfortable work area. The "Vintage room" has a TV, washer/dryer, rockers, sofa/sleeper and the “loom”.

Welcome to my little 8 acre oasis! Being the first farm I’ve ever lived on, I understand the peace and tranquility it can offer those who have never experienced it. Enjoy meeting my horses and mini donkeys, take a walk through my woods, or have a fire! Aside from being just far enough, but just close enough to all the happenings in the city, my newly remodeled private entry, ground level basement apartment offers an escape from the noise and a place to unwind and relax. This is a very rare historical building built in the 1920's The villa has a 2 person whirlpool jacuzzi , rain shower, beautiful full kitchen, fireplace and next to the 550 acre Washington County Cottage Grove Ravine regional park reserve. THIS IS NOT the whole home, but is the entire lower level, which feels like one of the units in a duplex. Cabinesque, roomy, close to almost anything you would need, cozy- these are a few words to describe it. You have your own private locked entrance from the garage, where you can park. The door between the levels is locked. This space boasts a gorgeous, new bathroom, new kitchen, huge flat screen tv, 2 large bedrooms, with the dining room and living room connected.
