Mariano was an amazing host. I wrote down the wrong address, so was late arriving. He was kind and forgiving. He offered to take me to Walmart for groceries! Later I thought I needed a printout of my Maya Train ticket and he made it for me. The suite was so comfortable and I loved the pool! The location is in a lovely family neighborhood that is closed to the center and not far from anything else. Great person! Great stay! Thanks :)

A wonderfully peaceful getaway! Can't believe we found such a place! Far from the hustle and bustle of most of the tourist areas, but easily accessible by car, Rodrigo's place was an oasis of calm. It is right on the beach, and you could walk for miles without seeing anyone else on the weekdays. It is a 2 story condo with the three well decorated bedrooms upstairs, along with their bathrooms. The master bedroom looks out right on the ocean. The downstairs is spacious and then has a lot of outdoor rooms too, as well as a beautifully maintained plunge pool. The bed was comfortable, AC's worked (though we often just used the fans), and the kitchen has lovely utensils, pans, and basic spices and necessities for cooking. We were very comfortable in Rodrigo's place - it was even better than advertised. We did need a bit of help on how to operate the door lock, and Rodrigo was able to clear it up for us with a phone call. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly!

I felt right at home during my five-week stay. The location of the house is within a 10-15 minute walk of the "Plaza Grande" in the historic "Centro" neighborhood surrounded by cultural activities and great restaurants. The Santiago market featuring fresh fruits and vegetables is only a few blocks from the house. When I wanted to visit places that were further away, it was very easy and inexpensive to get Ubers in front of the house. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans, etc. and I used the washer and dryer for several loads of laundry. The rooms in the house were spacious and all of the bedrooms and the office had air conditioning. Rossana is very deserving of her Superhost rating. She is very conscientious and responsive --she always responded within a few minutes of my texting her and was helpful in giving recommendations for restaurants and cultural activities.

It's really one of the best places I've stayed in, the sunset of the place doesn't do justice to the photos, it's wonderful! My family had an incredible time! The house is fully habitable has absolutely everything you need for your stay and the administrator was always super friendly and communicated frequently. Although there is a tenant in the back space, we never had any problem, we didn't really notice his presence. Dulce, thank you very much for this wonderful space, we will definitely return soon.

La villa de Maria Elena est extraordinaire. Très spacieuse, nous avions tous le confort requis. Extrêmement bien équipée, tout le monde y trouvait son compte. Que l’on parle d’ustensiles de cuisine, de serviettes de plages, de meubles pour bébé, de jeux de société, de jouets pour le sable ou d’équipement pour activités extérieures, tout y était. Les lits étaient très confortables. Nous étions 6 adultes, 2 enfants et 2 bébés et tout le monde avait son espace. Les communications avec Maria Elena étaient extrêmement faciles et rapides. Elle nous a fait plusieurs suggestions de restaurants et d’activités. Durant notre séjour, nous avons utilisé les services de Jackie et Toño, le couple qui prend soin de la résidence. Ce sont des gens remarquables et grandement attentionnés. Ils ont préparé les repas pendant la majorité de notre séjour et tout était excellent. Je recommande énormément d’utiliser leur service car ils étaient vraiment géniaux, point fort de notre voyage. Nous reviendrons.

Beautiful location—paradise! Great stay for a family of 5 with kids. We loved the beach, the natural environment and the pool. Very peaceful and quiet, with just the sounds of the ocean. The house and surroundings were very clean. It is a rustic family home and had a real cottage vibe, some things like the taps and showers could use updating but it was fine. We had some issues with one bathroom and Maria was very responsive and friendly. She also left us some games to play with the kids. We can’t wait to come back.

It is a grate place for family vacation

Es un espacio muy acogedor. La vista al mar es increíble! Alrededor hay tienditas y algunos lugares para comer, cerca hay un pueblo con más opciones. La alberca, aunque pequeña, permitió refrescarnos. La atención de nuestros hosts súper amable! Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo!

El departamento es muy lindo y muy cómodo, tiene una vista espectacular. Está prácticamente nuevo, todo está impecable. El caminito para bajar a la playa divino, la playa tranquila y llena de conchas y caracoles. El único detalle es que en la playa no hay donde sentarte, sugiero que lleves tus sillas de playa para estar más cómodo. En general todo muy bien!

El departamento esta precioso, tiene instalaciones cuidadas, se sienten nuevas las cosas, todo funciona correctamente, muy comodo, urge cambiar mas cortinas solo eso afecta q entra la luz desd las 7am ojala lo tomen en cuenta, no afecte las estrellas porq entra general esta muy bonito y vale la pena, arreglando ese detalle en los cuartos es una fantástica opción para quedarse lo recomiendo ampliamente

Reservé la propiedad de Brett para mí hermana y su esposo, quienes me compartieron que la propiedad era muy bonita, cálida y cómoda. Y la vista al mar increíble. Antes de reservar, Brett resolvió las dudas que tuve respecto a la propiedad y nos hizo sugerencias de lugares para comer al rededor. Recomiendo 100% :)

todo excelente e impecable

Fue excelente la estadía, nos tocó mal clima, mucho viento y solo disfrutamos del mar un día, la alberca no pudimos utilizarla estaba muy fría, pero aún así se apreciaba muy lindo todo Excelente ubicación a unos metros de todo, la gente es muy cálida y hay mucha seguridad Nos encantó

This place is AMAZING! Our family loved the nature and the pool, it’s gorgeous and relaxing but still not far from Merida (20 minute drive). Luis was very responsive and gave us lots of great recommendations, and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The maintenance guy was also very friendly and helpful. This stay is unreservedly recommended!

Me gustó mucho que estuvieran en todo momento al pendiente de nosotros y contestaran pronto.

Un lugar para aislarce felizmente. Habitaciones muy frescas incluso en temporada de calor. Aceptar a nuestro perro fue el principal criterio.

Nos ayudó y solucionó los problemas que llegamos a tener durante nuestro alojamiento, fue bastante amable, la cabaña estaba muy linda y nos dejó elegir entre planta baja y el primer piso, el lugar de estancia es muy lindo lo recomiendo bastante, había agua caliente y gas para poder cocinar.
