David and Ileana are exceptional hosts. The Long Beach Bungalow exceeded every expectation from the time I was greeted by David, throughout my week long stay, and the minute it was time to head back home. My intention was to have a week of rest and relaxation. A daily walk on the boardwalk and beach was invigorating. I walked everywhere. The supermarket, restaurants, a spa day, and a boutique. The bungalow is equipped with every amenity you could possibly want. That shower was AMAZING. But let me say, David and Ileana’s attention to detail and kindness is extraordinary.

This house and Niki were both fantastic. Even without the pool in the backyard it would have been perfect for our reunion gathering; with the pool, and the long table for outdoor meals, it was beyond our expectations. Communication with Niki was easy, timely, and super-clear. Fun, even. Our group has no complaints and nothing but praise. If you want your small-to-medium sized group to gather together in the South Orange area, this place is for you!

Having never stayed at an AirBnB before, this opened my eyes to wanting to do more AirBnbs, as well as coming back to this host again. This place had a lot to offer and a lot of room for 6 of us to spread out comfortably. The only thing I wish I knew prior to arriving was that 3 of the beds have a 125lb weight limit, thankfully there was plenty of couch space to fit without an air mattress.

Angela was phenomenal. She went all out to check up on me and make sure everything I needed was catered for. Her place is beautiful and very organized. I will definitely book her again. I highly recommend her place to anyone. Thanks again, Angela!

Great host and great house in a wonderful and quiet neighborhood. My family enjoyed using this house and felt very safe.

Had an absolutely amazing stay at Haithum’s place. We were in town to plan a funeral and handle a loved one’s affairs. Haithum was very kind and allowed us to check in earlier to accommodate. The place was exactly as described and was very nice inside. Local CVS right next door made it convenient to get supplies as well. Overall excellent experience and will only stay here if I’m in the area again.

This was such a nice space and Lisa was a nice and accommodating host. This place is full character and wonder. Very artistic color energy in this place. We started my daughter’s 18th birthday celebration here with what is her last sleepover with friends. The hot tub, steam room and sauna were the first things and last things used. They enjoyed it so much! Thanks for your hospitality Lisa. If we ever need something like this again. We will be sure to look you up! Blessings

Das Apartment hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war wahnsinnig bequem, sodass ich sehr gut schlafen konnte. Natürlich ist der Weg nach Manhattan hinein von Rockaway Beach aus nicht der Kürzeste, das war mir aber von vornherein klar. Innerhalb von 75 Minuten war ich „mitten drin“, ob ich mit der Bahn oder mit dem Schiff gefahren bin. Supermarkt und das empfehlenswerte „Restaurant“ sind auch fußläufig (5 Minuten) erreichbar. Auch als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich in der Gegend sicher gefühlt. Dass man innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß bei schönstem Wetter am Strand war, hat das Ganze noch abgerundet.

Walkable to nearby grocery, bakeries, banks, parks, and restaurants. Located in the middle of hill so be prepared to walk up the hill (or a built in hillside 4 story staircase) to get to them. On street parking only (owner provided parking pass), but you may need to babysit to get a close parking spot. Highly convenient bus stop into NYC is across the street by staircase. It is the last pick up you might need to wait for a bus that isn't full, but only minutes to wait! And coming back from the city you are the first stop so bussing is a no brainer! First floor flat so anticipate hearing upstairs neighbor's noises and busy street so anticipate hearing vehicles. Smart thermostat centrally located: home remained a comfortable temperature that we set. You will need to be tech savvy to figure it out. Great shower water pressure or temperature for our family of 7 and all beds were comfortable and wonderful after a 10 hr walk day in NYC. Owners very responsive to anything so ask!

My family and I had very specific needs for a 1 night stay in the Hamstead area and Romaine's place checked all the boxes. 2 separate beds in one private room, and another bed in another private room was exactly what we were looking for for a couple with 2 kids. The bathroom was clean and good sized. The entire place was clean and comfortable, with 2 TV's, a mini fridge stocked with bottled water , microwave, coffee maker and everything you wound need for all of those amenities. Street parking was no problem at all and the house is situated in a nice neighborhood. The host had great communication and everything was explained very clearly. I think this place is suitable for one person and up to 4, and possibly 5 given the futon in the room. I accidentally left a personal item of great importance to me there. The host immediately responded to me when I asked about it and mailed it back to me. It was my mistake and an inconvenience for the host, this says a lot about the host.

The house was immaculate. One of the cleanest Airbnb‘s we’ve ever stayed in. The shower was amazing. The location was fantastic with two restaurants next-door, a grocery store that had everything you could imagine, and only 2 1/2 miles from MetLife Stadium.The only thing I say that could be improved is the window coverings. They are far too sheer for all of the bright lights from the two restaurants, the grocery store parking lot, and the super bright flood lights mounted on the garage behind the house. We took all of the spare blankets in the closets and hung them over the windows. If you are a light sleeper and need dark spaces to sleep, bring a mask or hang blankets over the windows. I feel if the host were to put room darkening shades on all the windows. It would be substantially better. Side note: DO NOT park a vehicle in the street or you will get a ticket. A permit is required. Park in the driveway. We will absolutely rebook next year.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at this apartment. It was perfectly located to allow us to take a great long walk on the boardwalk in the morning, and was an easy drive to the events we were on Long Island for. Bruce was a great host and very responsive to questions ahead of our stay. We so appreciated the special touches like cookies left for us and a bottle of milk to go with our coffee! Our stay was easy and comfortable we would definitely stay there again.

We had a great family stay at this bnb.. our big family travelled from several different countries for a wedding and this was a great place to stay. Feels like home, had all the amnesties that such a big family would need. Very very spacious. And the host was very responsive. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quite, yet two streets away on a walkable distance you find great Resturant with all kind of cuisines including Italian (quite a few), sushi, shawarma, ice cream shops and Francine. Train station is a walkable distance. Costco and lidl was also in a short drivable distance.

This is the best stay as always!

The host is very accommodating and the house was very nice. The room was perfect to lay your head for a night. Would highly recommend staying.

I was here with my husband and 3 adult children visiting family in Larchmont. We made one trip into NYC which was very easy, great location. We enjoyed our stay! I loved the space and tasteful decor.

The house was absolutely beautiful well cap very clean and organize. I rented this place for Christmas so there was ample items that we found usable to make a beautiful Christmas table presentation. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Martha for your hospitality.
