Alquiler de villas para vacaciones en Provincia de Fermo

Abbiamo alloggiato presso la struttura per una settimana sentendoci come a casa. La villetta è stupenda, posizionata in modo strategico ci ha permesso di avere il massimo della privacy e allo stesso tempo di accedere ai servizi in modo facile. Abitanti di Santa Vittoria, cordiali, molto bravi e professionali. La piscina un plus indispensabile per rendere completo questo angolo di paradiso. vacanza di coppia. Prima volta nelle Marche. ci siamo trovati molto bene, posizione della casa ideale,vista mare dall' alto, comoda a raggiungere le diverse spiagge ed i borghi. la casa e molto spaziosa e lontana dal caos, si gode la pace e la tranquillità del posto. la host Stefania e stata molto gentile ed accogliente, disponibile a rispondere e accogliere le nostre richieste. torneremo sicuramente.

Geweldig verzorgd huis van alle gemakken voorzien met prachtige buitenruimte (overdekt terras, bbq/pizzaoven, zwembad, ligbedden, hangmat, pingpong tafel, balkon) met fantastische vergezichten. We hebben met ons gezin genoten, dagelijks eten dichtbij verkrijgbaar, strand aantal maal bezocht plus fraaie, historische stadjes in de buurt. Aanrader voor ontspannen vakantie in de Marken!

Sharon’s house is beautifully situated among mountains and itself is on the top of one of them. It’s huge - perfect for 3 families where each has its own big space. The beds are very comfortable, the pool is fantastic - big enough to swim and play. The communication with Sharon is easy and she answers quickly. The town is very old and very small with one pizza and Coffee bar, one restaurant, one wine bar, one pharmacy, one shop and the post office but it’s so real and so Italian :) You can visit other towns or go trekking. Or you can go to the beach in Sirolo (it will take you 1 hour and 20 minutes) and see the beautiful Adriatic sea. We had fantastic time!

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Casa Luciano sehr genossen. Die vielen kurzweiligen Tage am Pool haben wir mit einigen Strand Tagen in Porto San Giorgio gemischt. Das war eine sehr schöne Abwechslung. Das Haus war uns ein schönes zu Hause und hat alles bereitgehalten, was nötig war. Genug Küchenausstattung bis hin zum Grill und zweiter Küche in der Nähe des Pools. Die Gegebenheiten vor Ort haben auch für unsere 2 jährige Tochter und unsere fast 80 jährige Oma gepasst. Charlotte, die Gastgeberin, hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehmen. Trotz fehlender Klimaanlage war es sehr gut, besser als gedacht, auszuhalten. Die Ventilatoren waren völlig ausreichend. Einziger sehr individueller Minuspunkt: Leider war das Lauftraining auf Grund der Straßen- und Höhenverhältnisse nicht so möglich wie gehofft. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft allen, die etwas weiter abseits in Ruhe Urlaub machen möchten und mobil sind und Fahrtwege in Kauf nehmen.

We have been thinking of revisiting San Ginesio for many years and this year we went back. What a wonderful part of Italy staying in a lovely house. Set on a hillside with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains. The house is spacious with two large sitting rooms interconnecting with a large well fitted kitchen all with great views. The bedrooms, we only used two, we’re spacious and the beds comfortable. The house produces as excellent downloadable guide with everything you need to know about the house and area. The wonderful house manager, Monica, lives a few minutes away and is very quick to respond with any requests. We had a very happy week here.

Superbe maison dans un décor extraordinaire! Ce fût le plus bel endroit visité lors de notre séjour en Italie. La maison est spacieuse même pour 10 personnes et super bien équipé. Il y avait TOUT ce dont nous avions besoin. La piscine est magnifique et la petite annexe à l'extérieur nous a permis de nous organiser de superbe souper en famille. Le four à pizza fonctionne super bien ! Nous avons adoré! Bref, une expérience incroyable du début à la fin. Les petits villages autour sont authentiques et vraiment charmant. L'hôte a toujours répondu gentillement et rapidement à nos question. Je vous recommande vivement cette endroit. Merci Matthew! Coup de coeur familiale

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

Jane was very friendly and house is exactly as the description and the pictures. Is located in a very calm area. You definitely need a car to get to any shop or the city of Montegiorgio. The pool is really great and regularly cleaned. House is very comfortable and has fulfilled all our needs. It was very clean at our arrival. We enjoyed the view over the hills of the area of Montegiorgio. Tipps of Jane for the restaurants have been very useful and accurate. We enjoyed a lot our stay in Casa Isabela

Beh, che dire.. un'esperienza unica! I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Attenzione ai dettagli, cordialità, puntualità, disponibilità. La casa è bellissima,le camere sono pittoresche,il paesaggio è mozzafiato. Ritorneremo sicuramente!!

Il casolare è ampio ed offre immensi spazi verdi intorno. Ogni stanza ha la propria privacy e il proprio bagno, ad aeccezione di due stanze che lo condividono (ma questo per noi non è stato un problema). Lo spazio comune è comodo e spazioso, dotato di microonde e macchina per il caffè. Abbiamo condiviso il casolare in gruppo, eravamo in 13, senza intralciarci proprio perché gli spazi interni ed esterni ce lo hanno consentito. La pulizia di tutto lo stabile e anche degli spazi esterni era veramente impeccabile, si vede che c’è grande cura. Il pezzo forte la piscina, anche questa sempre pulita. Marica e il suo papà che si occupano della casa sono stati gentili e disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa dandoci consigli su luoghi da visitare e posti dove mangiare. Noi cercavamo un luogo di totale relax e lo abbiamo trovato! Consigliatissimo.

Grazie mille a Valentina per averci accolte nel suo spettacolare b&b. Gli alloggi sono forniti di tutto,panorama stupendo ,molto aereo, apprezzata la colazione nel chioschetto posizionato accanto all'appartamento. Ci ha inoltre fatto trovare una torta fatta in casa con marmellata e una marea di merendine per colazione (gesto molto apprezzato). Il luogo è incantevole. Bellissimo anche lo shop con i prodotti cosmetici!

Famille très chaleureuse et disponible… fabio et Lucia sont très réactifs et ils donnent des supers idées d activités à faire dans la zone! Le logement possède une très chouette piscine, environnement très au calme. Maison dans le style rustique italien avec les équipements nécessaires. Idéal pour les voyageurs qui aiment la nature, le village de Sarnano présent à côté de la maison est très mignon, chouette glacier, bar pour les apéros et restaurants…

We stayed with Mariella for 2 weeks in her beautiful villa. The house impresses with its large rooms, everything you need is there. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There is also a barbecue in the garden. Mariella made every effort to make our stay unforgettable. She is a great host and had lots of tips for us on restaurants and places to visit. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to see everything, which means we have the goal of coming back again. Macerata is a small but very nice town with lots of good restaurants and bars. The villa is a little on the outskirts of the town, beautifully situated in a good residential neighbourhood. There is everything you need to live, supermarket and restaurants nearby.
