Alquiler de apartamentos para vacaciones en Province of Livorno

Wir waren zu zweit in der Unterkunft von Laura und waren sehr zufrieden. Von dem Balkon in der Küche konnten wir das Meer sehen und der Strand ist in weniger als 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt als Basis für einen Urlaub auf Elba, da der Hafen für die Fähren und die Altstadt mit ihren vielen Restaurants und den Sehenswürdigkeiten einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Ich kann die Unterkunft von Laura deswegen mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Die Gastgeberin Chiara war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Die Wohnung ist wirklich blitzsauber und es ist alles vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. Ein wunderschöner Panoramablick mit Sonnenaufgängen und auf den Ort Rio nell’Elba waren beeindruckend. Der private Parkplatz ist sehr sicher. Die Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der Ferienwohnung in Vada! Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und war gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war gut, sowohl für Ausflüge in die Umgebung als auch für entspannte Tage am Meer. Besonders angenehm waren die zwei Badezimmer, die uns viel Komfort ermöglichten. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt – wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Alloggio moderno, confortevole e accessoriato, presente anche attrezzatura da spiaggia, ottimo per 2/3 persone, per soggiorni medio lunghi, l' unico problema potrebbe essere il fatto di non avere uno spazio per stendere i panni. Comunque consigliatissimo, Francesco superhost.

⸻ Soggiorno perfetto! La casa è davvero super in ordine, curata nei minimi dettagli, piccolina ma con tutto quello che serve: comoda, accogliente e con tutti i comfort. Ci hanno fatto trovare anche un kit per la colazione che è stata una sorpresa graditissima! Gli host sono stati eccezionali: super attenti, disponibili e gentili. Ci hanno guidato passo passo su come accedere alla casa. Alla fine del soggiorno abbiamo lasciato le chiavi al padre, una persona davvero squisita e cordiale, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Esperienza più che positiva, consigliatissima! Torneremmo sicuramente.

Casa graziosa ma soprattutto vicinissima alle spiagge. Lisa è stata fantastica in tutto. Da ritornare.

Very nice place and location; well located near Capoliveri, walking distance, perfect for couples or adults, a little less for children due to hilly roads to reach the town. Very panoramic and romantic view, special tips (not usual tourisms) from Paola to discover the island. The house is nice, nice furniture and well equipped. It‘s good value for money. It‘s recommended.

Sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, immer rasch geantwortet. Wohnung tadellos sauber, hat alles was man braucht und noch mehr! Zentrale Lage, trotzdem nachts ruhig. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :-))

L'appartamento era molto grande e accogliente. Non mancava proprio niente, meglio che a casa mia! Cucina super attrezzata, beni di prima necessità presenti e anche di più. Abbiamo anche trovato degli omaggi di benvenuto che abbiamo molto apprezzato! Gianluca molto simpatico e disponibile. È la prima volta che prenoto tramite Airbnb e posso dire di essere stata molto soddisfatta! Avevamo anche per la prima volta il nostro cane (labrador di 7 mesi) con noi e non ci sono stati problemi. Molto disponibili anche da questo lato. Sicuramente tornerò a casa di Gina se ritornerò in zona. Ciao

De host Marco is fantastisch. Zeer behulpzaam. We hadden een gezondheidsdingetje en Marco is toen 's avonds direct iets voor ons gaan halen (we mochten hem niet betalen hiervoor). Het appartement is ruim en licht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel goed bed en groot terras met alle privacy. Het appartement ligt heerlijk rustig. We hadden helaas slecht weer waardoor we minder hebben kunnen genieten van alles.

This is a great apartment in a great location, pretty much in the center of Livorno. Bus service is close by and the are ma is very walkable and safe. Highly recommend

Marianna ist eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Wir hatten bei unserer Anreise Probleme die Ferienwohnung zu finden und sie war sofort zur Stelle und hat uns in Capoliveri abgeholt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig mit toller Aussicht und bis zum nächsten Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Bei der Ferienwohnung handelt es sich allerdings um ein Reihenendhaus (was uns bei der Buchung nicht bewusst war), was bedeutet, dass auch andere Gäste den Garten mitbenutzen und man auf dem Freisitz keine Privatsphäre hat. Wir hatten aber auf jeden Fall eine tolle Urlaubswoche.

La nostra è stata la prima volta all'isola dell'Elba…la posizione della casa è strategica, ci si può muovere a piedi e in bicicletta (che sono messe a disposizione degli ospiti), ma ubicata in una zona tranquilla. Molto gentile e disponibile …insomma una bellissima vacanza. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Wir hatten traumhafte Tage bei Pino in der Toskana – absolut erholsam und perfekt zum Abschalten. Die Unterkunft „Lucrezias Secret“ ist ruhig gelegen, mit Whirlpool und herrlichem Blick auf Wein- und Olivenfelder – wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Das Tiny House ist minimalistisch, aber liebevoll ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, inklusive Küche, gemütlichem Schlafbereich und typischer Bialetti für den perfekten italienischen Start in den Tag. Der Gemeinschaftspool mit ausreichend Sonnenliegen rundet das Glamping-Erlebnis wunderbar ab. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Pinos außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft – herzlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Wer dem Alltag entfliehen, zur Ruhe kommen und dabei echtes toskanisches Flair genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. The location is walkable to restaurants and a couple coffee shops. We really enjoyed our stay!

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa : l'Elba e' un vero paradiso! Con i suoi mille colori ci ha incantato e pensiamo di ritornarci, quando sara' possibile , sempre nel delizioso appartamentino di Marzia . Posizionato nel centro di Rio dell'Elba - quindi comodo per i servizi - e' pero' tranquillo e ci ha permesso di trascorrere una vacanza riposante e rigenerante. E' ottimamente attrezzato ed estremamente pulito ed ordinato. Marzia e' un host impeccabile : premurosa e molto disponibile a supportarci con informazioni e consigli.

Una volta provata e assaporata l'atmosfera di questo magico posto e la bellissima energia delle persone che gestiscono tutto posso dire con certezza che quando tornerò in Toscana non ho più bisogno di cercare altro e diventare matto. Qui c'è tutto quello che cerchi quando pensi alla parola vacanza. Ideale anche per bambini. Oltre ogni aspettativa. Grazie ancora dei giorni passati insieme🙏

Innanzitutto vorrei sottolineare la disponibilità e la cortesia delle persone che ci hanno accolto. L'agriturismo si trova abbastanza vicino a luoghi d'interesse e allo stesso tempo ben isolato perché sopra una collina... ideale! La struttura è ampia e ben organizzata in due blocchi e questo assicura calma e privacy. L'appartamento molto grazioso, rustico e accogliente.

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Um sie richtig zu genießen, sollte man mit einem Auto anreisen, da sie inmitten der Natur und etwas abgelegen liegt. Das ist jedoch ein großer Vorteil, denn die umliegende Landschaft ist wunderschön und lädt zum Erkunden und Genießen ein. Sie bietet einen tollen Kontrast zu den Tagen, an denen die nahegelegenen Städte und Touristenattraktionen besucht werden.

Superbe appartement donnant sur une terrasse très agréable, ombragée et protégée de la rue (côté mer !). La chambre est très spacieuse et le tout décoré avec goût. Le jacuzzi est un plus ! À quelques pas de deux excellents restaurants de poisson au bord de l’eau…

Sehr sehr schöne Wohnung. Richtig groß.Alle Sachen neu drin.Alles funktionierte tadellos....sogar die Heizung haben wir ein wenig gebraucht Abends läuft super. Alessandra antwortete immer sehr schnell.... Die Umgebung und das Dörfchen traumhaft!!! Sogar das ganze Kleinkram war alles da Salz Pfeffer Olivenöl eine Flasche Wein und Packung Pasta ( Danke Alessandra)..... Handtücher Saunahandtücher Spülmittel usw....... Parkplatz nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt ein kleiner Tante Ema Laden wo man Brot und Kleinigkeiten kaufen kann 3 Minuten zu Fuß....... Für Toscana Urlaub perfekt

Wir haben die Zeit in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Man hat sich sofort richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung hat uns richtig gut gefallen, die Aussicht ist wunderschön und die Unterkunft war für uns in perfekter Lage. So konnten wir mit dem Auto alle Ziele in der Umgebung - wie Florenz, Pisa, Szene und Elba - super erreichen. Auch die Gastfreundschaft die uns entgegengebracht wurde hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden bei unserem nächsten Urlaub in der Toskana sofort wiederkommen.

Ottima posizione nella via dello shopping, a due passi dal mare. Appartamento splendido, moderno e pulito. Letto comodissimo, doccia top in cui ti puoi sedere e rilassarti con 3 getti d'acqua e idromassaggio in balcone. Istruzioni chiare e privacy, ma senza essere lasciati da solo in caso di problemi. Voglio tornarci! ❤️
