Beautifully designed apartment, modern, clean, nice outside space. Donatella is lovely, very friendly, responsive and happy to go the extra mile for her guests. Useful local recommendations. We personally loved the Blue Hush cafe and bar round the corner.

Mi sono trovata benissimo. La volontaria è super gentile e disponibile e inoltre l’alloggio è super pulito e con una grande attenzione ai particolari. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio soprattutto alle famiglie con bambini che saranno entusiasti di conoscere tutti gli animali della fattoria.

Ottima esperienza! L’host è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere velocemente e a condividere preziosi consigli per visitare la città. L’appartamento, a soli 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, si trova in una via tranquilla, perfetta per rilassarsi. Consigliatissimo!

Antonio offers an excellent apartment in an unbeatable location in a beautiful city. I do agree with another review that mentions warm lighting would improve the overall quality but otherwise the apartment is perfect

Appartement proche du centre et facilement accessible à pied! Plus compliqué en voiture mais Bologne étant une ville très piétonne, ce n’est pas un soucis. Appartement propre et agréable, avec TV dans la chambre et dans le salon! Draps et essuies fournis! Rue calme malgré la proximité du centre. Hôte très gentil et très réactif :)!

Great place to stay in beautiful Bologna - easy to walk into the center of town and plenty of local amenities near by. The location was brilliant for us and we really enjoyed staying here, lovely flat with everything we needed - we will be back!

I had a truly enjoyable stay at Andrea’s place. The location is perfect—right in the center, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The garden is a hidden gem: peaceful, beautifully maintained, and feels like a private oasis. The house was spotless and well-equipped, and Andrea was a warm and welcoming host, always available and kind. Highly recommended!

Wat een geweldig verblijf, boven verwachting! We hebben 2 heerlijke herfstwandelingen gemaakt. Genoten van de herfst geuren en kleuren. Het enige restaurant is super, heerlijke truffel gerechten. Op maar 10 minuten afstand. De ruimte is zeer aangenaam, we voelden ons direct thuis. Eugenia is een super host, werden overspoeld met lieve attenties en informatie. Een aanrader!

Il luogo è molto bello, immerso nella natura e in una zona lontana da tutto. Adatto per andare verso le zone sciistiche o per le passeggiate nei boschi Roberto è stato molto flessibile con gli orari e ci ha fatto trovare la casa con il riscaldamento acceso

Bellissimo alloggio curato nei minimi particolari. Il giardino ha una vista splendida, ideale per rilassarsi. Torneremo sicuramente!

Appartamento confortevole, pulito e in buona posizione quasi di fronte a Villa Spada in una zona tranquilla e verde di Bologna, non lontana dal centro (fermata del bus 20 a pochi metri). Arredato piacevolmente, bel bagno con ampia doccia e letto comodo. Peccato la mancanza di lavastoviglie e lavatrice (noi siamo rimasti due settimane) Grande punto a favore il piacevolissimo guardino. La comunicazione con Callum e Jessica è stata sempre rapida e gentil

Bologna ist eine Reise wert! Herziges Appartement, sehr ruhig mit ganz kleinem Balkon, aber top. Sehr gut gelegen, alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Auch vom Bahnhof kann man gut laufen (ca 30 Min) Wohnung ist sehr sauber, alles vorhanden inklusive Guetzli und Milch, Cornflakes und Confitüre zum Frühstück. Paolo gibt gute Tipps, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles hat perfekt geklappt. Wir würden in Bologna wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

Soggiorno piacevole nonostante la giornata di pioggia! Alloggio comodo (4 adulti), pulito e vicino a tutti i servizi (noleggio, ski pass, ristorante...). Un grazie speciale a Daniela che ci ha accolto e seguito nel nostro soggiorno con discrezione ma sempre presente!

L’appartamento di Isabella è splendido. Isabella e suo figlio sono stati molto disponibili. Abbiamo avuto un imprevisto e hanno fatto il possibile per venirci incontro e farci passare un week end bellissimo. Posizione centrale, vicinissimi al Pratello ma comunque silenziosissimo perché situato all’interno di una corte privata. Consigliatissimo!

Raffaella’s apartment in Bologna is just brilliant. Raffaella met us in person and showed us around the apartment. She explained how everything worked, and there is also a book with instructions for everything , and tips for local places to go. The apartment itself is fantastic. It is clean, inviting and has a really well equipped kitchen. You have an amazing view of the old town. The location is perfect. You are near to many great areas for restaurants and bars, there is a good supermarket minutes away, and the station is only fifteen minutes walk away too. We just had a brilliant time here, and Raffaella was a fantastic friendly and helpful host.

The apartment is located in a great area - about 15 min from the center, neighborhood coffee shop with excellent coffee options, good food and went into cocktails, wine & beer and music each night. There was a lot to see and do in the immediate area and it was secure and quiet at night. The apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable. Be mindful there is no lift and you will carry your luggage to the third floor. Cecilia Maria generously offered to take the luggage for us. Cecilia Maria was an amazing host who responded quickly. No question was too much, she was willing to source any information we requested and went beyond our expectations with details like transportation & local recommendations. Would not hesitate to stay with her again.

Great price point for a well appointed flat in a lively area of Bologna. Also, having a bathroom for each room is quite a treat. Despite late night bars being close, the flat is surprisingly quiet. Would recommend staying here!

Πολύ όμορφος κ άνετος χώρος. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, μπορουσαμε να πάμε παντού με τα πόδια. Είχε πολλά εστιατόρια κ καταστήματα στην περιοχή. Οι δύο πύργοι της Μπολόνια είναι στην κυριολεξία δύο βήματα από το διαμέρισμα. Η Σόνια ήταν εξαιρετική στην επικοινωνία κ μας βοήθησε σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ! Θα το πρότεινα σε όσους θέλουν να περάσουν λίγες μέρες στο κέντρο της πόλης με όλες τις ανέσεις κοντά τους.
