Stylish, airy and light-filled apartment in an amazing location - just a few feet from the beach, with vast sea views and great outside space (big table and chairs, sunbeds, sofa). The interior is well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. Luca is quick to respond to any queries and is super-helpful. Totally recommend.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le mari d’Eva qui parle très bien français donc plus facile pour nous le logement est tres bien placé à 2 pas de la mer une cour privée clôturée donc pour notre chien parfait tout etait tres fonctionnel et complet et merci pour toutes ces recommandations qui nous ont permis de passer un tres bon séjour.

Wir haben die Tage im Haus sehr genossen. Gianluca war immer für uns erreichbar. Danke auch, dass wir früher ins Haus durften. Die Räumlichkeiten sind rustikal, aber alles war gemütlich. Die drei Terrassen haben wir gerne genutzt, wenn die Mücken uns gelassen haben. Im Herbst sollte man immer Mückenschutz dabei haben.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die ruhige Lage und der wunderschöne Garten. Zu Fuß war man in ein paar Minuten am Strand. Auch Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wer zum Kitesurfen oder Wind-/Wingsurfen kommt, hat es sehr nah zu den entsprechenden Spots. Auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung mit dem Mietwagen ist die Unterkunft ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Parken kann man problemlos vor dem Haus. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und sehr entgegenkommend. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Appartamento molto pratico, accogliente e pulito in una bella zona di Budoni. Il mare è vicinissimo e stupendo e in pochi minuti a piedi si può raggiungere il paese dove si può trovare di tutto pane, alimentari, bar e ristoranti, negozi tipici, farmacia e molto altro.. Claudia e Riccardo sono stati da subito molto cortesi e disponibili Davvero un eccellente esperienza DA RIPETERE SICURAMENTE Molto gradito il vino di benvenuto

Piękna i spokojna okolica, plaża i wejście do morza zmienia się w zależności od wiatru i pogody. Domek w wiejskiej okolicy, około 300-400 metrów od plaży, do miasteczka Stintino 5-7 minut samochodem. Domek zgodny z opisem, czysty, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, mieliśmy wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy do przyrządzania i spożywania posiłków. Duży taras, zewnętrzny prysznic bardzo przydatny przy ładnej pogodzie. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem i jego rodziną, cały czas czuliśmy ich opiekę i serdeczność. Dziękujemy za udane wakacje :)

La nostra esperienza nella casa di Manuel a Stintino è stata semplicemente indimenticabile! Situata in una posizione privilegiata, questa meravigliosa abitazione offre una vista spettacolare sul mare e sulle incantevoli spiagge della zona. Appena arrivati, siamo stati accolti da una bellissima atmosfera e dal gentilissimo e disponibile Manuel, che a metà soggiorno ci ha anche portato altra legna per ogni esigenza. La casa è spaziosa e luminosa, con ampie porte finestre che si affacciano sul giardino, dove abbiamo trascorso piacevoli serate. La cucina è ben attrezzata, perfetta per preparare pranzi e cene di ogni tipo, con anche un comodissimo barbecue esterno. Inoltre, la presenza di un giardino privato ha reso le nostre colazioni all'aperto ancora più speciali. Comodissimo il parcheggio interno. Super consigliato, anche dal nostro cane, che ha potuto correre liberamente in tutto il grande giardino completamente e minuziosamente recintato!

Wir waren 10 Tage in Olbia und es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Dachterasse ist wirklich ein absolutes Highlight. Das Appartement hat eine schöne Küche und war in einem makellosen Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und einwandfrei. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert-Dankeschön!

Atemberaubend! Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Ferienhausanlage. Es ist ein italienisch traditionell rustikales Ferienhaus. Wenn man es betritt, fühlt man sich wie bei einer italienischen Großfamilie, obwohl natürlich keine dort ist. Es ist gemütlich und einladend. Wenn sich die Eingangstür öffnet, hast du sofort einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf eine türkisfarbene Bucht. Wir wurden freundlich von einer Verwalterin begrüßt und eingewiesen. Die Kommunikation mit Valeria selbst war überaus freundlich und engagiert. Man hat deutlich gespürt, dass sie sich sehr für das Wohl ihrer Gäste interessiert. Die Umgebung mit ihren vielen Buchten und der Insel La Maddalena war wunderschön und auch das Gebirge war nicht weit, so dass wir nicht nur baden konnten, sondern auch wandern waren. Wir bekamen von Valeria viele Tipps für gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Was soll ich viel schreiben - es war toll und wir kommen wieder!

Jessica hat uns die Unterkunft glücklicherweise sehr kurzfristig vermietet und einen Check-In keine 10 Minuten später ermöglicht und uns damit den Tag gerettet! Wir haben eine Einführung und ganz viele Tipps von ihr bekommen. Das Appartement entspricht haargenau den Bildern und ist so schön und warm eingerichtet, dass wir uns wirklich „Like @ Home“ gefühlt haben. Die Badezimmer sind super, es gibt viele Handtücher, sogar extra welche für den Pool und Strand. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Und hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Wohnzimmer ist so gemütlich! Wir hatten einen rundherum schönen Aufenthalt und wären gern länger geblieben, aber leider ging unser Flug nach 2 Tagen. Im Sommer ist der Außenbereich mit den Pools sicherlich traumhaft, jetzt war das Wasser etwas kalt, aber die Kinder hat es nicht gestört. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter und hoffen auf eine Rückkehr ins schöne Palau☺️

Heerlijk appartement. Fijne tuin met veel plek om in de zon te zitten en uitzicht op zee. We waren erg vroeg in het seizoen, daardoor voorzieningen, zoals het restaurant en zwembad nog dicht. Maar met een heerlijk strand voor de deur en veel te doen in de omgeving, totaal niet gemist.

Formidable séjour entre amies chez Maria Teresa. La vue est à couper le souffle et l'appartement est bien équipé. Maria Teresa a été très réactive dans les communications et nous a permis de passer un très bon moment.

We had a lovely stay. Beach, restaurants and supermarkets were all within minutes of the property. We were 4 adults and a teenager and there was plenty of space for us all. The garden and pool area were absolutely fabulous. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Myriam's place was the perfect respite for us beach lovers who needed this much needed break from the hustle and bustle. The place is a good 10 min walk to La Pelosa so we didn't have to bother with paid parking like everyone else. And, even closer is La Pelosetta which we preferred, a smaller and more peaceful beach with less sunbathers. There is a convenience store with food, toiletries, souvenirs, beach stuff down the hill on the way to the beach, and cafe nearby where we quickly became the early regulars. We watched the gorgeous sunset from the other side of the hill, and Myriam will direct you to the most stunning swimming cove on that side as well. We came the first 2 weeks of October so weather didn't allow us to hang out in the lanai or take advantage of the grassy area for yoga or stretches but I'm sure this place is gorgeous in the warmer months. Myriam was wonderful and we followed all her restaurant and sightseeing recommendations in the area which we're happy we did.

We had a great time at Casa Molara. The house is cosy and quite. The view is stunning and we had a few private beaches, which were wonderful. The Communication with Rosy was fine. She is always answering very quickly and gives a lot of tips and infos. We enjoyed the wine and snacks, which we got at our arrival. We hope to come back soon.

The location was perfect, quiet, in a residential area but an easy walk to the beach, marina and restaurants. The apartment was as per the photos and super clean. Carmen was very responsive and provided some suggestions for the area. We were only there 2 nights but I wish we had stayed longer.

This is an incredible home. The house is uniquely designed and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms each have a bathroom and are very private from one another. But what makes this home so remarkable is the location. The view is expansive and breathtaking. There are so many gorgeous places to swim all around, either from the giant (and beautiful) rocks and from the nearby beaches. The beach that is about an 8 minute walk through a wooded trail is a truly magical beach, wonderful "big" sand and shells. There are good places to eat and markets a short (3-6 minutes) drive away in the hotel complexes nearby, or go into Palau, which is about a 15 minute drive and has lots to offer in terms of restaurants and shopping.

Cette maison est située dans un superbe environnement naturel. Niché, au milieu de la forêt rocheuse, impossible d’être plus dépaysé. Personne aux alentours . Sans parler de la magnifique vue depuis le salon et sur la terrasse. en descendant une minute, on se retrouve sur une petite plage privée, c’est tout simplement génial. On s’est baladé avec les enfants dans la forêt sur les rochers. Magnifique. L’arrivée dans la maison a été très facile, Ivan, nous y attendait. La maison en elle-même est simple et bien distribué. Il manque une grande TV pour se faire des films le soir :) Attention, la piscine est fermée à partir de fin septembre, ce n’était pas clair pour moi. À cinq minutes de la maison, la petite ville de Palau dispose de petits restaurants sympas, et d’un petit port pour louer des bateaux et faire des excursions dans les îles Madeleines. Bref, je reviendrai sûrement mais plutôt en mai ou septembre.

Wonderful stay in a multi unit complex in Port Cervo - the plaza of Porto Cervo itself ( shops restaurants) is about 15 min walk.. you really can’t park any closer than this complex. We went mid-Sept and it was very quiet, hardly saw any cars or people and the grounds of the unit ( pool and beach ) had pretty much closed up - no lounge chairs etc… also , the community trash pick up must have taken a vacation making it difficult to comply with check out request… All in all - you will love this place and highly - recommend. We would return.

Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung auf einem eingezäunten Grundstück. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war es dort absolut ruhig und der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Im Haus selbst ist alles vorhanden, was man für den Urlaub braucht. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder!

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in dem Apartment verbracht, insgesamt waren wir vier Erwachsene und vier kleine Kinder. Das Apartment liegt im Souterrain, sodass es leider ziemlich dunkel war. Die Ausstattung ist gut, alles war unglaublich sauber. Die Lage ist genial, man ist zu Fuß fast sofort am Golf von Orosei, der nächste Supermarkt ist drei Kilometer entfernt und sehr gut sortiert. Kommuniziert haben wir vor Ort ausschließlich mit Maurizio, der zu jeder Tageszeit für uns erreichbar war und alle Fragen und Probleme sofort beantworten bzw. lösen konnte. Leider gab es einige Probleme mit der neuen Pumpe, sodass wir ihn des Öfteren kontaktieren mussten. Aber ehrlich: Er hat es super gemanagt und wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia 2 settimane nell’appartamento di Serena. Che dire.. TUTTO PERFETTO e curato nei minimi dettagli. La casa è ben curata e accogliente. Gli spazi esterni sono di estrema comodità soprattutto con i bambini. La posizione della casa è molto comoda in quanto vicino al porto di Olbia ma allo stesso tempo vicino a molte spiaggie gettonate vicino San Teodoro. Ci torneremo sicuramente !!! 💪🏻
