Liebe Yvonne, Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit. Wir hatten alles was brauchen in der Wohnung. Der große, umzäunte Garten war für unseren kleinen Sohn toll. Er konnte alleine raus und Fußballspielen. Yvonnes Enkel war noch ein plus als toller Mitspieler. Yvonne hat immer schnell auf fragen reagiert. Die Lage ist super, toller Blick, aber nicht zu hoch, so dass man schnell auf der Hauptstraße ist. Große Supermärkte und ein schattiger kinderfreundlicher Strand 10 Minuten entfernt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Yvonne war sehr fürsorglich und wenn wir noch mal an den comersee fahren, kommen wir gerne wieder. Vielen Dank, Stefanie, Robin und F

Vi spenderade nästan en vecka här och tyckte det var det absolut bästa alternativet vi kunde hittat. Gångavstånd till allt och härlig privat trädgård med fler än 3 olika katter på besök varje gång man satt där. Vi gick till nästan alla restauranger dem rekommenderade och fick helt fantastisk mat serverad! Dem svarar snabbt på meddelanden och erbjöd sig till och med att hjälpa oss med en sak vi funderade över efter klockan 22:00 på kvällen, topp service! Om vi åker tillbaka bor vi absolut här...

This apartment was a wonderful choice for our four week stay on Lake Como. Plenty of room with all we needed to make our stay comfortable. I think we hit the jackpot with Bellano, it is a lovely, walkable and very friendly town. The location is close to everything you need; train station, ferry, grocery stores, markets and restaurants. The views from the apartment are amazing with the mountains the focal point! Very close to the waterfront walk that we took most every day with the most spectacular views of the lake and even the Alps! Antonella and Donatello are super responsive and helpful hosts. We even had an unexpected “wear and tear” issue in the bathroom. They responded immediately and the issue was taken care of the same day!! We loved this stay and recommend it 110%!

We had a lovely stay at Il Terrazzino! The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the house was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view over the lake was absolutely stunning, and the location was perfect—peaceful, yet just a short drive to everything. We would definitely recommend it and would love to return!

O apartamento estava ótimo! Exatamente como nas fotos, fácil de encontrar e a localização é perfeita!! Bem próximo do centro de Varenna, todos os eletrodomésticos funcionando bem e a dormida é confortável e silenciosa, a entrada é linda e os arredores também, foi tudo ótimo!!

It was a very pleasant stay for our family with two children, we enjoyed the hot tub a lot, Andrea is always very helpful whenever we have questions or need suggestions. Thank you very much!

Wir waren als Familie zu 6 Personen 8 Nächte in den Haus und hatten eine sehr gute Zeit! Wirklich besonders bei dieser Unterkunft ist der atemberaubende Blick auf den See von jedem Zimmer und insbesondere von der Terasse! Einzige Punkte, die verbessert werden könnten, sind die leicht verdreckte Küche (Wand, einige Geräte) und ein neuer Anstrich für die Wände (vor allem im Treppenhaus). Insgesamt aber eine super Unterkunft! Kann man nur jedem empfehlen!

Hey, the stay at Simone’s apartment was really good. We got everything we needed and it is exactly like the photos. We had a little accident and the neighbours were super kind and helped us, too. It is better to have a car there. We would recommend and if we are coming back to lago di Como we would stay there again. Thanks for everything!

A great location and wonderful apartment. Perfect place to stay on the lake. Less busy than the southern lake towns with all services and places to eat at your doorstep. Is in the main part of the town so you will get noise from bars and traffic.

Hello Nada, Thank you so much for hosting us! We stayed for 2 days with 3 families and everything about the place exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was very well equipped, which made cooking and spending time together so enjoyable. The beds were super comfortable, and the entire place was spotless and well-maintained. A special thank you as well for the thoughtful gift of wine—it was such a lovely surprise and truly added a special touch to our stay. Clean , functional airbnb . Comfortable sofa bed . The position is absolutely perfect with the lake , navigation for boat trips, and bars and shops literally just steps away . Bellano itself is perfect at any time of year .

Magnifique logement en particulier la chambre à l'étage et sa grande terrasse avec une vue splendide sur le lac . Le logement était propre, très bonne literie et très calme .Le logement dispose d une terrasse et d un balcon couvert sur lequel on peut manger ce qui est très agréable . Il se situe près de la ville de Menaggio ( 10 mn en voiture) qui offre la possibilité de prendre le ferry pour rejoindre différents villages typiques. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons vivement ce logement.. Dommage qu'aucun dépliant touristique mis à disposition ne soit en français. Nous y reviendrons certainement avec grand plaisir .

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung! Sie war super ausgestattet, sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der schöne Ausblick, den ich jeden Tag genießen konnte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ebenfalls unkompliziert und freundlich. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen

Beautiful apartment and amazing views, exactly as described. Host Paola was very helpful and the check-in info was easy to follow. The bed was comfortable and water pressure great (for older building). The location was amazing – being on the water in a quieter town. Bellano was definitely the choice for us. Other more popular known towns such as Bellagio and Varenna are definitely worth the visit but too busy and touristy for our liking, even end of April. The main purpose for our trip to Lake Como was the Villa del Balbianello in Lenno, another very beautiful and less touristy town, especially early morning. Orrido di Bellano is definitely a must see. I can recommend Bar Truth where we stopped for lunch (great pizza) and Bar Testori where we had our last morning coffees, fresh croissants and paninis to go. We would definitely stay at Paola’s if/when revisiting Lake Como again.

Francesca’s place is simply mind blowing. The location and the property is stunning, the facilities are all you would ever need and Francesca as a host is there to make you feel like a friend or a family member that has just come home. An experience we can only wholeheartedly recommend to everybody.

Petite maison avec superbe vue sur le lac ! L'espace extérieur est un grand plus surtout pour les enfants (notre fille de deux ans a adoré le toboggan). Nous n'avons pas vraiment profité de la plage privée (car trop occupés à visiter les environs) mais nous avons adoré emprunter le passage secret. Du coup nous devrons revenir en été pour en profiter plus ;) Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer Salvatore qui est très réactif et accueillant. Le cottage est très bien placé pour découvrir le Lac et nous avons même fait de jolies balades à pied sur place. Une adresse que l'on va garder précieusement.

Le logement est impeccable, très propre et suréquipé. Il est excentré et au calme, dans un cadre privilégié en bord de lac (petite plage privée et de beaux chemins de rando en partant de la maison). À 10 mn en voiture du centre et du port, de très bons restaurants à proximité (moins de 5mn en voiture) L’hôte Marina est au top, adorable et très serviable. Le + du + : TRÈS DOGFRIENDLY ils sont acceptés partout, tout le temps. Tout était parfait ;-)

Very nice old Italian house on a hill looking down to the lake. It is a 20/30 minute walk from the lake that can be very steep at parts so make sure to pre book taxis for night or take the bus during the day if you have heavy bags.

Wir waren für 8 Nächte, Mitte-Ende August, im Cottage und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Der Kontakt mit Marina, Antje und Andrea war überaus freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfreich. Antje und Andrea sprechen Deutsch, was sehr hilfreich war. Die Unterkunft ist sehr neu eingerichtet und hat uns vom Stil super gefallen. Sie ist einfach aber stilvoll gestaltet. Was man braucht ist da und auf Unnötiges wurde verzichtet. Der Hammer ist der kurze Weg zu einem wunderschönen kleinen Strand, den man sich ausschließich mit den Nachbarn teilt. Im Unterschied zu den öffentliche Stränden findet man dort auch Schatten und kann so leicht mehrere Stunden lesend und schwimmend verbringen. Der kleine Garten am Cottage bietet sehr viel Ruhe und Rückzug. Zu unserer Zeit gab es viele Stechmücken. Es scheint, die sind nur deshalb da, damit man sich noch nicht gleich ganz im Paradies fühlt. Eine tolle Wohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick. Modern und schön eingerichtet. Der Pool ist perfekt. Viele leckere Restaurants in der Gegend. Luca ist sympathisch und jederzeit erreichbar. Haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Absolut zu empfehlen :)

Everything was perfect! We loved our stay at Marco's place. The apartment is very clean and cozy, the area around is perfect if you are looking for a quiet place in the middle of nature. I really enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace and the walk to the center of Dervio along the lake is incredible. I was worried about the railway near the place, but it did not disturb our rest at all. I have a sensitive sleep, but we slept very well and had a great rest after active days. I recommend the place and the hosts and hope to come back.

Logement magnifique avec vue et accès au lac. Tout s'est très bien passé, le logement était parfait. nous avons un bébé et un petit, toute le matériel de puériculture était a disposition et très utile. nous recommandons vivement ce logement.
