Alquiler de casas con porche para vacaciones en Province of Viterbo

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

Il soggiorno è stato davvero gradevole. La casa è accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Corrispondente alle foto pubblicate, silenziosa, ottima posizione insomma tutto perfetto. Inoltre l’ host è stato super disponibile e gentile.

Il Borghetto di Antonella e Quintilio ci ha regalato due giorni all'insegna del relax assoluto. Tutto perfetto: dall'alloggio, al patio, agli esterni estremamente curati, alle gatte sempre pronte per due coccole. Siamo stati benissimo! A presto.

Un posto davvero fantastico! L’appartamento è spazioso, completamente attrezzato e con ingresso indipendente, il che garantisce piena libertà e privacy. Tutto è esattamente come nelle foto – forse anche meglio! Il proprietario, Francesco, è gentilissimo, disponibile e molto comunicativo – è stato un vero piacere avere a che fare con lui. Un grande punto a favore sono anche le colazioni italiane incluse nel prezzo, servite in un bar tipico molto accogliente e autentico. Consigliatissimo!

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage und die Terrasse sind traumhaft. Es ist ein sehr besonderer Ort und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein extrem gutes Restaurant direkt nebenan und auch die Kommunikation mit Caleb war einfach, er hat sich direkt gekümmert wenn es ein Problem gab.

Such a sweet spot in old Orvieto! Directions to get there were very detailed and the hosts were super responsive. The garden was lovely for breakfast and of course it was just a short walk to delicious food, shopping, and all the sights. Lovely stay!!

Leonardo è stato fin da subito molto disponibile e preciso nelle indicazioni. La casa è pulita, fornita di tutto il necessario e con un piacevole spazio esterno. Adatta per un weekend e comoda per visitare l’Umbria.

Sono stati 3 giorni fantastici, siamo riusciti anche ad accendere la brace. Nonostante il meteo non fosse granché la casa era super confortevole e ne abbiamo approfittato per riposarci nel totale silenzio e tranquillità. Irene è stata preziosa nei consigli e ci ha saputo fornire le precise indicazioni per raggiungere la casa. Geta super accogliente con noi.

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Posto molto carino e ben curato, la casa in ottime condizioni con prodotti di prima necessità (shampoo, bagnoschiuma sale ecc.) che risultano molto utili. Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Situato nel verde e con ampio giardino e 3 cani simpaticissimi. Ottima esperienza

We had a wonderful staying in Marco’s place, the house was fully equipped, beds very comfortable, we cooked, walked, slept very well surrounded by nature. Marco’s mum made us a crostata the we got to enjoy in a beautiful sunny afternoon. We live in Rome and will definitely go back to this house!

Un posto meraviglioso, isolato, perfetto per chi vuole stare tranquillo. Il giardino difronte all'abitazione dotato di lettini, di un pergolato con sedie e tavoli una meraviglia con vista diretta sul lago. Mangiare all'aperto durante il tramonto sul lago di Bolsena è stato stupendo. Un posto che consiglio a tutte le coppie che vogliono avere un po di privacy. Non molto adatto per famiglie con bambini piccoli. Posizione strategica per visitare Viterbo, Orvieto e tutte le bellezze dei dintorni. Gentilissimi i gestori che hanno risposto subito a qualsiasi nostra domanda e richiesta. Grazie mille a Luciana e Vittoria. Un posto dove ritorneremmo volentieri.

Siamo stati felici di cominciare le giornate per il breakfast tutti insieme nel grande salone comune, dotato di tutti i comfort, cioè cucina , divani, e meravigliose vedute da ogni lato sulla campagna umbra. I cespugli di lavanda, gli alberi di melograno, i fiori intorno alla piacina: un ambiente naturale ideale per rilassarsi e stare con gli amici! Stupendo! E poi abbiamo avuto la possibilità di visitare poco distante il bellissimo centro storico di Todi e raggiungere in poco tempo altri borghi. Una esperienza unica da consigliare e da ripetere. Lucia

Sometimes it happens, that you read a book and you get the feeling, that the author knows you very well. You sense a relation to somebody you never have seen, maybe even lived centuries before you. A human connection to a friend. We had exactly tgis feeling during our stay in the appartment. Everything was of fine quality. Everything where you supposed it to be. And some things that were a pleasant surprise. An appartment, that maybe you would have bought the same things and put it in the same spots if it were yours. So thank you. We appreciated the stay so much.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida proprietà, ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica sotto ogni punto di vista. L’appartamento è esattamente come descritto nell’annuncio: pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è ideale, con facile accesso a negozi e località turistiche vicine . il giardino è bellissimo e dotato di aria barbecue e la vista è aperta sulla valle. daniela è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le mie domande. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole e senza stress. Non vedo l’ora di tornare, magari in estate

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Staying here was such a unique experience! The layout of the space was creative and full of character — it was so much fun to explore all the little details. A truly memorable stay that felt different from anywhere else I’ve been. Highly recommend!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dem Apartment Mirto. Es wurde an alles gedacht, wir wurden herzlich empfangen, es gab eine riesige Obstschale und Wein. Die Ausstattung war vor Allem für Familien toll. Selbst ein Wäschekorb war da. Das Außengelände war unbeschreiblich schön. So viel Platz. So viel Natur. Diese Ruhe. Himmlisch. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es sind ausreichend Schränke vorhanden. Die Einrichtung aller Zimmer ist unglaublich geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit ♥️ Wir empfehlen einen Ausflug in das zauberhafte Bergdorf Pitigliano, ca. 1 Stunde entfernt.

Alessandro is a great person and host , His place is so beautiful and peaceful , next to Bolsena lake as well as the seaside . In the heart of the amazing Etruscan land with so much history you can travel to Tuscany , Umbria and Lazio and visit all the most beautiful sites of the central Italy !

Appartamento in posizione perfetta per visitare l’Umbria. Fornito di tutto, con una cucina completa. Il bonus è Todi, una perla inaspettata.

Our stay at Kerstin‘s place was really nice! She was extremely friendly, helpful and well available. We could always reach out to her for advice and felt really well taken care of. The flat was super nice, had an amazing view and everything we could have asked for. Thanks for the great stay! :-)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Luigi, la vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique et quel plaisir de profiter le soir de la chaleur de la cheminée. Le logement est très propre et très bien situé au calme de la campagne Toscane, avec les principaux commerces de proximité disponibles à pieds. Nous avons adoré découvrir la Toscane depuis Manciano : le parc de la Maremme, Pitigliano, Monte Argentario, les cascades du moulin à Saturnia... Tout est beau et l'accueil chaleureux.

Simona's place was spotlessly clean and charming, with thoughtfully curated furnishings and an incredible view overlooking the surrounding countryside. We loved everything about it. It is convenient for exploring most of the city on foot, yet far enough away from the action that it's a peaceful respite. We didn't take the bus, but there is a bus is stop within 20 meters or so from the front door. Communication and support were excellent. We'd happily stay again.
