Once a horse stable, Lil Rose now sleeps up to five just a short walk from a private beach. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property. There is a PET FEE that must be paid prior to check in.

The cottage was rebuilt in 2008 with the charm you would expect from a Provincetown cottage and filled with natural light from windows on all four sides. The cottage has a large private enclosed stone patio complete with hot/cold outdoor shower with areas for seating.

A simple cottage at water's edge in the quiet East end of Provincetown with a spectacular view of the bay and harbor. Just a 2 minute walk to the bay, and 2 miles from the center of town (a half an hour walk or a 10 minute bike ride) make "Seaweed" a perfect destination for a romantic getaway for two or a family vacation for four. At low tide you and your guests can explore the sandbars or beachcomb for hours on end. Lay on the beach or enjoy a dip in the bay... either will make your day!

The owners live in a separate house on the property and are ready to provide you with knowledge of Chatham’s history and assist you in your explorations of the town or Cape Cod. Conveniently located a short five-minute walk from Commercial Street, the cottage features all the comforts of home, an eclectic mix of furnishings and decor, an open concept living area, and a large outdoor lounge area with BBQ and hammock. Great for remote work with fast Wi-Fi and dedicated space. The house was built in 1940, and we were the first to tackle a meticulous renovation (2017). We look forward to hosting you!

A one-bedroom cottage that sleeps 4, nestled into the hillside at the top of the wetland. Great for birding! Located on a beautifully landscaped property walking distance to Lecount Hollow Beach. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen sleep sofa in the finished basement. There is also a studio apartment available on the premises that sleeps two. The listing name is "Comfortable Studio Apartment".(Pets are allowed in the studio appartment)

The area is residential, so it's quiet. A quick 4 mile ride to Provincetown. There's parking on site, as well as a boat launch. No need to pack up to head to the beach - you are at the beach! Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.
