Toller Aufenthalt – gerne wieder! Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt! Ursprünglich hatten wir eine andere Wohnung gebucht, doch aufgrund von Bauarbeiten wurden wir in eine andere Unterkunft umquartiert – und wir waren damit mehr als zufrieden. Alles war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und hat sich gut um alles gekümmert. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Douglas, Krystal and their team were always responsive and helpful. Sergio, the onsite manager, was especially helpful and when a couple small things needed maintenance, got them fixed very quickly. He also helped me when we needed to prepare for the Hurricane that came through Playa. (The building is made very sturdy, so nothing broke). It's very close to 5th avenue, beaches, grocery, everything you need. Also very convenient is the washing machine/dryer just outside the apartment! I would stay again. The apartment was great in a quiet peaceful area walkable distance to everything and close to the beach entrance for beach 72. Comfortable place, great pool, good bed and bathroom, kitchen has everything you may need and the porch has great views of the ocean.

What a great home! Location was steps away from the beach! I loved that the pool area was huge. There were also 2 restaurants on site, although we only go to try 1 as the other was only open for breakfast and lunch. Apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchen counters had a few ants, so stay vigilant! A/C went out and Jamie was quick to respond and have maintenance come and repair. Since it was in the common area it was no big deal. There were not TVs in every bedroom, but thats a personal preference of mine. It didnt take anything away from how great the place was. If I visit again, I would love to stay at this property!

The place has an excellent location, near restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores. Also very lo close to the beach. The unit is as described, it had everything we needed. We would certainly return in the future.

Das Apartment ist sehr komfortabel und mit freundlichen Möbeln ausgestattet. Es gab sogar Stühle für den Strand, welcher zu Fuß nur 3 min. entfernt war.

Our stay at Carmen's was incredible. It is right in the heart of all the action in Playa del Carmen. Literally seconds to the beach. You are in the middle of the shopping. You can walk to Starbucks, 7-11 and even McDonalds (if you want that). The house is a great size with 2 large bedrooms, each having their own beautiful bathrooms with huge walk in showers. Everything we needed was in the large kitchen. it felt like an authentic Mexican house. We felt at home there. You are secure behind an entry gate. Sit on the front porch area and enjoy a coffee/drink or take in your private pool in the back in full seclusion from everyone. The local people are amazing (go to Donalds place across the way! he's great!!). We felt so safe and accepted. There have been comments about not being able to flush toilet paper. This is not specific to Carmen's home. This is just something done in the area. I'm Canadian and used to this in our northern cottages. Not a big deal. She even provides a safe!

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

Segunda vez quedándonos en una de las propiedades de Paola, tuvimos una gran experiencia de nuevo, estaba muy agradable la decoración, la zona era muy tranquila de noche, el acceso a la playa fue el mayor atractivo pero lamentablemente había sargazo cuando fuimos, el guardia siempre fue muy amable. De la casa no tenemos ninguna queja, solo el aire de una recámara no enfriaba mucho pero de ahí en fuera todo bien. Al fin fuimos a la cafetería de Paola y está muy rico el pan, no pierdan oportunidad de ir. Y las recomendaciones de club de playa y restaurantes fueron muy buenas. Rentamos un tour y un automóvil a través de Paola y fue de gran ayuda. Sin duda volveremos de nuevo :)

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

Our stay at Casa Jaybird was amazing. We spent a month here and could have easily stayed longer. The location really can't be beat - a super quiet street right off 5th Avenue and walking distance to the beach. But for being so close to all the action, the home felt so private when you were inside. Elizabeth was always responsive and quick to answer our questions, and Samuel was always so kind and happy to help with anything around the house. We have young children so we had white noise machines in all the bedrooms, so we didn't have any concerns with the noise as some reviews mention. There was some construction nearby during the day but truly nothing that really bothered us. We'll be back!

Manuel and Mayezka were very responsive. The bed is comfortable and the shower quite nice for Mexico standards. Powerful AC keeps the bedroom quite cold and the rest of the house a moderate temperature. It is a 15 minute walk from the beach. I felt very safe, even as a single woman. Enjoyed the private courtyard a lot. Only downsides, the kitchen is not very well stocked and I ended up taking a taxi into town almost every day via the InDrive app. Oh! Do yourself a favor and visit Kaawa Coffee Roaster/ Shop just a few blocks away! Full ham & cheese croissant sandwich with lettuce and tomato for $3 USD. Also, many people say there are so many expats in Playa that one does not need to speak Spanish, which is not true in this part of town (Nicte-ha). I'm in another AirBnB now that is walkable to 5th Ave for the same price, but the quality is severely lacking in comparison. So, if you are looking for a high quality place and don't mind taking a Taxi, this is a great choice!

Jeffrey and Mariel are the best host we ever had. Extremely responsive, full of suggestions. House is beautiful and recent, nice furniture same as photos. El Cielo is a quiet gated community 10 minutes drive from downtown PDC. Strongly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay. There were even beach chairs and umbrellas available in thebhouse for our use. Ashley and Sergio made everything easy. Sergio came by daily to ensure the property stayed clean. He went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Ashley was great with communication and let us check in early. Thank you from all of us on an amazing weekend!!

Estuvimos muy cómodos 5 adultos distribuidos en 3 cuartos, y 3 baños. La vista es hermosa. Está localizado a unos pasos de la quinta avenida. El servicio de front desk siempre estuvo abierto a recibir solicitudes y fueron muy serviciales. Excelente experiencia.

Fernando’s place is clean, central, and exactly like the photos. We loved the rooftop pool and massive hot tub; we went in early April and it was never crowded. The building was always staffed with concierge and we always felt safe. We travelled with an 18m toddler and while the Airbnb is not baby-proof, Fernando was able to accommodate a high chair and crib for a small fee. Having the washer and dryer in unit was very convenient. You can’t drink the tap water but fresh water is provided in those 5 gallon water containers. The kitchen is well stocked and even had a blender and kettle. We loved the supermarket named Selecto just a few steps away on 10th Avenue with fresh seafood, pastries, steaks, and lots more. Overall, we’d highly recommend this Airbnb to other travellers.

Meaghan & Carlos's place have everything you need to feel right at home. The place is spacious, have a great full kitchen, and is private and secluded. We came for a wedding at La Joya, which was minutes from the place. A good recommendation if you come to Playa Paraiso is to rent a car to get around. They were really helpful with info and tips to feel comfortable. Always a quick and helpful response! ... and we even had a maid service!!! Thank you Meaghan & Carlos and the Co-host Estefanía!!!

I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable accommodation in the perfect location. The building amenities were great- and all staff was very friendly and responsive. There is noise from the neighboring beach club- but it was not late at night and did not bother us at all. It was a fantastic stay!!! I would return

L’appartement est dans un des coins, donc vis à vis restreint. Balcon/terrasse très agréable au niveau du salon/salle à manger. Vue sur intérieur avec la piscine. La terrasse avec le jacuzzi est également très sympathique. Nous y avons passé de bons moments en famille!!! Bref apparemment très bien conçu, bien aménagé, bien équipé et conforme aux photos et descriptions. Nos hôtes ont également été impeccables avant et pendant le séjour!

El lugar es simplemente maravilloso !!! Y el trato del anfitrión es excelente ! Cumple con todo lo que promete, hasta diría que supera las expectativas. Lo recomiendo 100% Tienen un bar y restaurante dentro del mismo complejo y a solo 5 min en auto hay un Soriana 24/7 . El trato de los guardias y los habitantes fue siempre amable.

My husband and I came down to Playa del Carmen for an extended weekend vacation. The goal was to relax and get away from the hustle and bussle of daily life. With Erin's place, we were able to do just that. From arranging transportation to and from the airport, to the ease of access as well as easy check in and check out. We thoroughly enjoyed the ease of access to both the beach and the pool. The swim up bar in the pool allowed for the time and space to interact with other guests and residents who knew the area and were able to give great suggestions for food and activities. Everything we wanted or needed was within walking distance of the condo, which made it a very accessible location for anything that you might need. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay in Playa del Carmen.
