Alquiler de apartamentos para vacaciones en Pula

Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro in questo appartamento. Decisamamente abbondante e comodo anche per 6 persone. Le camere, tutte con letto matrimoniale, sono spaziose e con tutti i confort. La casa l'abbiamo trovata impeccabile e completamente corrispondente alle foto pubblicate. La prima cosa che ho percepito appena entrato è stata la pulizia dell'appartamento: eccezionale è ancora riduttivo!!! Ottimo gusto nell'arredamento. Ottimi i serramenti con tutte le finestre e portefinestre ad anta-ribalta e scuri apribili parzialmente. La posizione è comoda a tutti i servizi offerte dalla località. Impagabile aprire la finestra ed avere l'affaccio alla baia ed al porto di Rabac. La posizione è silenziosa. Host super reattivi e diponibili molto attenti a rendere il nostro soggiono indimenticabile. In conclusione: un alloggio moderno, con tutti i confort, pulito, comodo al centro del paese e proprietari di una cordialità infinita. Lo consiglio a chiunque. Un plausa a Katarina che ci ha seguito

Oliver's apartment has to be one of the best Price vs. Quality locations you can ever find. Me and my family of three had a relaxing time in the charming mediterranean city of Pula. The apartment is excellently positioned between the old city in the northeast and beaches in the southwest. Oliver is a great host and makes sure, that you feel like home instantly. The apartment is spacy, new, cosy and exceptionally well equipped - something that you rarely find even in much more costly locations and something that was a unexpected bonus and gets a sixth star from me. All in all, i highly recommend it and i would return to Oliver's place if i visit Pula again.

David ed Elda ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Appartamento comodo al mare ed alla città di Parenzo che sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità dei proprietari e la qualità dell'appartamento, davvero impeccabile.

Casa molto carina e funzionale, due ampie camere e aria condizionata per i momenti più caldi, spazio esterno. Tutto molto comodo, un po’ faticosa verso la fine della vacanza la salita a casa con i bambini, in orario di pranzo, ma comunque tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Zorica ed Ivo sono stati sempre molto gentili e hanno avuto pazienza di dedicare sempre un momento ai nostri bambini e a noi, la vera differenza della casa sono i loro proprietari! Consiglio l’alloggio.

Very friendly and nice. could check-in before , as soon as appartmemt was clean. Received also a nice wellcome wine. Everything for baby was already waiting for us and was free of charge. There is a fee for dogs, but that is normal. Location is really great-near beach and still walkable to the city center and also near a supermarket.

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten deze vakantie. Een prachtige accommodatie! Brandschoon. Alles was exact zoals omschreven. We voelden ons gelijk welkom, kregen duidelijke instructies en leuke tips over de omgeving. Onze vakantie verliep door persoonlijke omstandigheden soms net even anders (doktersbezoek), maar Manuel en Alja dachten echt met ons mee en waren heel erg behulpzaam. Dat hebben wij nog nooit eerder zo meegemaakt. Echt top! Manuel reageert ook altijd heel snel op en vraag, heel prettig. De omgeving is prachtig en het strand bereik je snel met de auto. Parkeren aan het strand is geen probleem. Pula is op loopafstand. Mochten wij weer naar Pula besluiten te gaan dan komen wij zeker terug bij Manuel en Alja.

Sehr saubere und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung. Zu Fuss kommt man in gut 15 Minuten in den Hafen oder in 10 in die schöne Altstadt. Wenn man sich den An/- und Abstieg sparen will (ist steil!) kann man auch mit dem Fahrrad über den nahegelegenen Campingplatz fahren und ist dann quasi fast eben an der Promenade. Wohnung liegt an der Durchgangsstrasse, Fenster machen aber sehr gut dicht. war insgesamt perfekt für uns (2 Nächte) kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Super Unterkunft, sehe liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet unf man hat alles was man braucht. Patricija ist sehr sehr nett und hat uns sogar einen Apfelkuchen gebacken!!! Sie hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Die Lage war zudem auch sehr gut. Wir waren in 10 Minuten mit dem Rad am amphitheater in pula. Sollten wir wieder nach Pula kommen, dann kommen wir definitiv wieder hier her! Vielen Dank an Patricija, für diesen super Service, den tollen Aufenthalt und Ihre Mühe!

Tolle Gastgeberin, schöne Wohnung und eine absolute Empfehlung mit Kindern. Spielplatz ist direkt um die Ecke, man darf die Spielsachen (Dreirad, Kinderfahrrad)mitbenutzen und es gibt eine schöne Terrasse zum draußen sitzen.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super. Gute Lage und wie beschrieben. Würden es weiter empfehlen 🤩

Great location, but you need bicycles to enjoy this place. Price and quality for accommodation are adequate, we had the advantage that no one stayed with us in the house as it was the end of the season. Also a big plus is parking and washing machine (especially if you are with small baby)

Wij zijn met 5 man blijven slapen, er valt niks te klagen heel mooi appartement, lekker schoon en genoeg ruimte. Ook voor de deur kon je lekker zetten met een kopje koffie of thee. Het was een hele leuke ervaring en raad het zeker aan! Bedankt Veronika ook voor de gastvrijheid!!! :)

Peaceful oasis in the heart of it all!! From the moment you enter the gate, to the moment you turn the corner to the flat....it takes your breath away. Beautiful, peaceful luxury, almost unreal for the location. The flat is beautiful, spotless and well appointed with absolutely everything you could possibly need for two persons. The outdoor space is the star for sure. Peaceful, comfortable and a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the old town. A place to kick back with a glass of wine and listen to nature all around you, stunningly beautiful. The fact that you have use of bikes was such a bonus as the waterfront just begs for you to explore. We were truly grateful to have the bikes and navigate the park and beaches so close to the flat.....remarkable add on!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience and all your helpful tips and friendly communication. We will not soon forget your beautiful property and hope to return. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit bei Dalija und Robert. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und insbesondere wenn man im schönen Pool badet kann man die fantastische Aussicht auf Lovran und das Meer genießen. Die beiden sind großartige Gastgeber, die einfach sehr nett und hilfsbereit sind. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Also es war wirklich Traumhaft, die Wohnung ist sehr schön groß und geräumig. die Kommunikation mit Milijana war sehr Top und Freundlich was wir zusätzlich benötigt haben wie z.b ein Babybett wurde uns schnell gebracht. die Lage ist sehr Zentral 6 Minuten von der Pula City Mall entfernt oder vom großen Einkaufszentrum Max City auch 6 - 7 Minuten. der Whirepool wurde auch schön vorbereitet aber leider konnten wir ihn nicht nutzen daher wir eher zum strand gegangen sind aber nächstes jahr wenn wir wieder hier her kommen nutzen wir den Whirepool aus 😊 in großen und ganzen waren wir mehr als nur zufrieden. Sehr zum Empfehlen.

Wir machen viele Urlaube über Airbnb, aber Natasa hat alles getoppt. Es war eine ganz tolle Unterkunft- Blitz sauber, ruhig, gut Ausgestattet! Die Umgebung war ruhig und alles war fußläufig zu erreichen. Nach einer Woche wurde uns auch neue Bettwäsche gebraucht und Natasa hat immer gefragt, ob alles ok ist und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar! Es steht ein sehr gepflegter Pool, eik Jacuzzi und Fahrräder-sogar mit Helmen, zur Verfügung! Im unteren Teil wohnt auch die Schwiegermutter... so eine herzliche tolle Frau findet man nicjt oft. Sie brachte uns Kuchen, kaffe und kleine Leckereien. Wenn wir wieder nach Pula kommen, ist dieses Appartment definitiv unsere erste Wahl! Danke für die tolle Zeit

L’appartamento era comodo da raggiungere, pulito e arredato molto bene. La jacuzzi esterna era pulita e molto calda al nostro arrivo. L’Host è stata sempre molto disponibile e ci ha sempre risposto velocemente. Il parcheggio davanti casa è stato perfetto per noi che viaggiavamo con molte valige e una bimba piccola 😊 Super consigliato!

Nice studio close to the seashore. Very well-equipped kitchen. Supportive and friendly hosts. Great option of private using sauna and spa for 2 hours per day (better pre-book). Nice cycling routes around. Some restaurants walking distance. Quiet area. In general, highly recommend!

Wir waren 10 Tage im Apartment. Die Größe des Apartments war für uns als Paar ideal. Den Whirlpool haben wir sehr genossen, genauso wie die gute Lage zum Zentrum und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Apartment ist in einer größeren Wohnanlage mit überwiegend Ferienwohnungen. Am Wochenende war es rund um uns herum sehr lebendig, aber abends und nachts dennoch ruhig. Wir hatten etwas Sorge, da sich das Apartment direkt an der Hauptzufahrtsstraße ins Zentrum befindet, und die Schlafzimmerfenster zur Straße hinausgehen, aber es war auch bei offenem Fenster machbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Standard insgesamt gut. Alles war sehr unkompliziert und für uns war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt!

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und entspannt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und super nett, immer schnell zu erreichen. Der Whirlpool war unser Highlight.
