Welcome to our Villa Apartment in Pula! Our 120m² apartment is located in the peaceful Marina Veruda area, right at the entrance to the stunning Verudela peninsula. It’s just a short walk to the best beaches in Pula, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind, while also being close to everything you need to explore. Our guests have access to a large, shared 32m² swimming pool, with plenty of deck chairs around it to lounge in the sun. You’ll find a peaceful outdoor area to relax and enjoy after a day by the sea. The best part of our villa? It’s all within walking distance. You’ll find Supermarket Grga just 50 meters away for all your grocery needs. The nearest beach is only 450 meters from the villa, and if you want to explore Pula, the tourist office is just 150 meters away. The bus stop to take you into the heart of the city is right around the corner - 200 meters away, just a one-minute walk. Our villa is designed to make you feel at home. The apartment is modern, fresh, and fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Inside, you'll find everything you need for a stress-free stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to high-speed Wi-Fi, cozy bedrooms, and fresh bed linens and towels - all you need to bring are your personal belongings! :) Our favourite spot? Our BBQ and jungle garden area. After a day of exploring or swimming, our BBQ area in the jungle garden is the perfect place to unwind. Bilini Castropola is spacious and bright apartment, with large windows that look directly at the most popular landmark in Pula. It is a tranquil home away from home in the heart of the city buzz. Apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay in downtown Pula. The apartment is air-conditioned, fully eqipped, and features double glassed soundproof windows. Good restaurants in area + a restaurant in the ground level of the building. Center of Pula is about 15-20 mins walking. Two bicycles (M+F) included in the price.

The penthouse is located in an safe and quiet urban area that features shops, markets, restaurants swimming pools and everything else you might need. The location is 950m, cca 5 minute walk to the closest beach and 2 km from the city center, cca 15 minute walk, and is well connected with bus lines. The apartment has free parking spots, 20 m2 sunny terrace, fully equiped kitchen for you to cook with and high speed wifi suitable for work situations. We are looking forward to hosting you!

Located just next to the Arena with the only representative balcony overlooking the Arena and the performances and concerts inside it, this stunning luxury residence also has a full sea view with beautiful sunsets over the whole Pula bay. Enjoy the view of the Arena while sipping a glass of champagne on the balcony or from the windows watching the concerts, operas and other events inside the Arena. All rooms provide either a magnificent view of the Arena or full sea view.

Villa je pažljivo namještena , te je velika pažnja posvećena detaljima. Pogodna za osobe s teškoćama u kretanju .

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
