Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center (3 km) and the airport (10 km). The apartment is located just 350 m to the most beautiful beaches. Restaurants, supermarket, beach bars, leisure facilitiec, etc. are within the walking distance. Free WI-FI, TV with several international TV channels and air conditioning are provided. Over a hundred years old, Golden Oldie house is situated only one block away from the Amphitheatre. Its interior has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2021. Centrally located, the house is only 5 - 10 minutes walking distance from bars, pubs and restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, banks, ATMs, green and fish markets and the harbour.

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
