You'll love this unique and romantic escape. Located at Rockwater Marina this 400 sqft home floats on the Arkansas River. Near your arrival you will drive through the beautiful community of Rockwater Villages. Go for a walk or ride your bike on the beautiful River Trails… enjoy the relaxing sunrise and sunsets from the front deck….sit back and enjoy the city skyline of downtown Little Rock at night…and be sure to use the binoculars to get a close up look at all the beautiful water fowl.

Welcome to "The Alleyway" located in the heart of the historic Heights neighborhood. Prepare delicious meals in the full kitchen equipped with modern appliances, or catch up on laundry with the convenience of a washer and dryer right in the unit. With its prime location, you'll have easy access to all the charm and character the Heights neighborhood has to offer, from quaint cafes to eclectic boutiques. This studio features garage parking and a large, private fenced in backyard.

Lil’ Backyard Cottage in Hillcrest

This is a small, cozy, safe, and clean one-bedroom cottage in the backyard of a home in the Historic Hillcrest Neighborhood. It is perfectly designed for 1 guest or a couple; has its own kitchenette, a full-sized bed, and a 100 year old footed tub w a shower. Guests must walk up 3 steps without a handrail to get into the cottage. Must be 21 or older to book. A cot can be brought in upon request but it is a tight fit. Please see photos with cot in space.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per night for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

The Layover is a located in the up and coming neighborhood of Pettaway and is located on the property of the main home. It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.

Hillcrest Hideaway

Welcome to the Hillcrest Hideaway, our sweet backyard carriage house located in the Historic Hillcrest area of Little Rock. This charming and safe home is within a 15 minute walking distance of many restaurants and shopping, as well as UAMS hospital and War Memorial Stadium. Downtown is a 5 minute drive, or if traveling without a car, a $6 Uber ride.

Fully furnished and great temporary housing in the heart of Hillcrest, a beautifully historic walking community close to everything including War Memorial Stadium.
