It was GREAT! House was great and the Host was extremely nice. He contacted us prior to our stay to see if we needed anything. Beds were very comfortable.

This was a nice cozy place in a rural private setting. We were thankful to find this in lieu of a bad storm line while traveling and staying in our RV at a local campground. Patrick was very proactive and helpful through out our stay.

We had a great time and would happily return next year if given the chance

Our stay at this house was absolutely wonderful! The home was exactly as described,clean spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The home was the perfect size for our extended family. We would love to book this home again when we visit the area for Christmas. It felt like the perfect mix of family home and hotel.

Paula was a great host,very good communication,if you have a question she gets back with you immediately,and very nice .Me and my dad have stayed in so many different air bnb’s in the Perry,Kathleen,and Warner Robins area and the lake joy house was the best in my opinion.she had so many amenities,everything you need,from paper towels to tooth paste,most places don’t offer many amenities/items like the lake joy house does.The place was very clean and the location is very peaceful.

This place was perfect for our family. There was a ton of space for everyone and all of our belongings. Everything was spotless. There were snacks and water bottles when we arrived. It was close enough to town yet far enough away from crowds. The neighborhood was very quiet. The host was responsive immediately to any questions we had. We left a laptop and were immediately told about it. Simon made it easy for us to return and pick it up. We needed more towels and he had more delivered within an hour of our request. We were there for an event not vacation and it was perfect. It is not lavishly decorated but clean and updated. The master mattress was very comfortable but one of the guest beds was a little too firm to be comfortable and the pillows weren’t the best. Bring laundry detergent if you plan on washing clothes. Those things were minor and we were very comfortable and satisfied. Will rent again for another wedding later this year!
