I had the perfect 5 day stay at the unit. Location wise pretty much within reach off everthing you need, variety of food choices , coffee, tour operators including short distance to airport. The unit itself clean, tidy, balcony view and over all self- contained. I booked a couple on months in advance, Palm has been quick to respond and attentive to all my enquires, I highly recommended this little gem in the heart of Labuan Bajo.

Stayed here for one night before our Komodo boat tour. The place is as described and on ground floor, lucky for us, because there is no lift for our luggage. Nice touch to have kitchen paper towels, an open wardrobe/shelf to hang our clothes. The building is on the side of a slope and has no actual address on google maps and grab (have to drop pin). But able to locate per host instructions. Best to get driver to turn left after Happy Banana and bring you up the rather steel slope, or you will have to push your luggage up. Overall a good value for one night, from personal experience. Good location too, near many amenities, food places, and the harbour.

Perfekt gelegene Villa mit toller Aussicht. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, sowohl Innenstadt mit Supermarkt und auch gute Restaurants. Das Zimmer ist wunderschön und das Bett wirklich bequem. Kristina ist eine sehr gute Köchin und hat uns auch mit guten Tipps versorgt. Für Vegetarier ist es in den meisten Restaurants in Labuan Bajo etwas schwierig. Allerdings ist recht nah das Taman Laut Hadayani Seafood Restaurant, das eine gute vegetarische Auswahl bietet. Dazu eine wunderbare Aussicht auf Labuan Bajo und hervorragenden Service, das Ganze zu wirklich guten Preisen.

Ich habe mich bei Nita rundum wohl gefühlt. Ich habe die Unterkunft gewählt, weil ich nach mehreren Tagen auf einem Boot mit vielen Leuten etwas Ruhe wollte und Nitas Unterkunft war perfekt dafür. Sie ist an einer ruhigen Straße gelegen, es gibt einen schönen Pool, das Zimmer ist gemütlich und ein leckeres Frühstück ist auch inklusive. Ich habe mich hier rundum wohl gefühlt. Auch waren sämtliche Mitarbeiter sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Danke dafür!

Schöne Unterkunft in sehr zentraler Lage. Wir haben dort eine Nacht vor unserer Bootstour geschlafen.

My wife and I stayed at Faresha’s clifftop villa for 4 nights. The villa is located on an amazing piece of land with extensive sea views in all directions. A huge apartment with quality furnishings. The villa has a main house and 2 separate attached apartments. There are staff on site that will cook breakfast lunch or dinner. But we always walked to town to eat. The apartment we stayed in had 2 walls of glass with big sliding doors - all with a great sea view. It was easy to get back home from anywhere in town which is about 1.3km up the hill. Overall an unforgettable place to stay in Bajo!

Everything was just perfect and Yohanes is so very helpful! The pickup at the airport was arranged by him which made finding the villa really easy. He and his son welcomed me right at the front door and both of them are so nice! I felt welcomed and like home right away. The villa itself was absolutely perfect! Everything was really clean and I have had everything I needed. The view is so stunning! I loved watching the sunrise in the morning. The access to the private beach is a little adventurous but totally doable if you walk slowly. And the beach with the corals is absolutely gorgeous and worth it! Yohanes and his staff even prepared breakfast for me. Yohanes made me feel like I am a friend and not just a stranger renting his villa. I could always ask him if I had any questions and he was happy to help. The villa is located in such a nice spot of the island because it is very quiet and calm but still very close to the city. This has honestly been the best place I’ve ever stayed at!
