It is located only 100 m from the sea and the beach and only 500 m from the Punat centre. The apartment has free wifi and parking place.

This modern 24 m2 studio is located in a quiet street of Punat town, only 350m from the shop and 500m from the first beach and the promenade by the sea. The pool is shared with guests from the another apartment situated in the same house. Parking is in the yard. The pool opens on 01.06. and closes on 01.10. A/C and Wi-Fi are included in the price.

Smještaj je u potkrovlja kuće. Cijeli prostor Mansarde je iskorišten i otvoren. Prostor je jako dizajnerski atraktivan, toplinski izoliran, s puno prozora uz vlastitu terasu gdje se može sunčati ili sjediti za stolom uz divan pogled prema moru i vrtu. Tu su 2 velika kreveta i moderan interijer, mali WC i posebno tuš. Oprema se sastoji od hladnjaka, mini kuhinje, radne ploče s indukcijom za kuhanje, mikrovalne pećnice, cafe aparata i kuhala za vodu. Također i split klime i SAT TV.
