We stayed here for quite a while. The place is very much suited for that. It has everything you might need for an extended stay. It's very clean and perfectly maintained. You'll notice immediately that they really care about the house and the guests. We didn't want for anything. Wayne and Sherry are great hosts, they are very helpful and always quick to respond to questions. And they give a lot of helpful tips as well!

Me and friends had a wonderful stay at Paul’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to main road, but still peaceful and quiet. Paul was super responsive and thoughtful, providing clear check-in instructions. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The place was perfect. It was a 5-7 min drive to a multitude of restaurants and shopping, but on a very quiet out of the way street. The place itself is clean and modern. A great place to relax in your down time.

We were very pleased with our stay. The house was as described, clean, comfortable, and well stocked and supplied. We would happily stay there again.

I was happy to find a comfortable spot to stay in the uptown area. Place was cozy and it was easy to walk to nearby restaurants. John responded to questions quickly, and everything at the airbnb appeared as listed. Would recommend!

Loved our stay! Christina was extremely kind and very timely with her answers to our questions and proactive about issues we might encounter with the winter weather and parking. The place was exactly as it appeared in pictures. It felt welcoming with many plants, lots of natural light, a well equipped kitchen, lots of towels and eclectic decor and wood stove. The neighborhood was quiet save for the church tolling in the distance and everything we needed was within walking distance. Our teenage daughter agreed that this was the best Air BnB we’ve stayed in.

My friend and I stayed one night during our travels and had a very brief but enjoyably stay. Great price and highly recommend.

We were excited to visit East Coast for the first time and we extremely happy we chose to stay at The Cozy. From the moment we opened the door we knew we had found the perfect spot for us. Everything about the property was exactly as advertised and exceeded our expectations. Having the cafe downstairs was a treat as it made breakfast fast and enjoyable. We stayed at this AirBnB for a swim meet and it was perfect, we loved our stay. The place was big, bright, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable. We loved the view of the harbour and were walking distance to the pool, shops and great restaurants. Jonathan and Alyson were super responsive and we would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous apartment and great stay! Only stayed for a night as we took the ferry the following morning but felt right at home. Cindy was a great host (even left us treats!) - super responsive and sweet.. the place was in pristine condition and was a short drive away from town. 10/10 would come back!

Lovely, spacious apartment in the heart of downtown! Easy to get around without a car. Very well appointed kitchen. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We did not need to use the washer and dryer but would be wonderful for a longer stay. Photos online were a good representation of the apartment although it was even more spacious than we had expected. Would highly recommend!

This nice, comfortable space has everything one might need. The unit is at a fairly busy intersection, but the bedroom is away from the street corner, so the outside noise didn't affect my sleep. I would stay here again.

We used the place for the week over Christmas, and we were very happy! Nancy was supportive and communicative… Would highly recommend this as a place to stay for locals or visitors! Great locale to uptown and amenities. Every imaginable need is availed in the apartment. Thank you Nancy!

Shaune was such a great host we even inquired about renting a second time! She took the time to great us with all the information we needed and even had little yummy treats that saved us a trip out to the grocery store after a long travel day. We were able to settle in right away. Shaune was really responsive and more than helpful throughout our entire stay.

Stayed at the unit for three months due to proximity to the hospital. It was clean, well stocked with supplies and close to amenities. Alex was responsive to an issue with the door lock. All communication were responded to within 20-30 minutes. We would definitely book again if needed.

Suzanne was an amazing host. She provided us with excellent local recommendations and some cool things to see along the way or around our trip. Thoughtful and responsive, Suzanne was an ideal host. Her place is great, easy to access and close to plenty of nice retaurants/things to do but also close to the highway making it easy access.

Very close to canada game centre, therefore ideal for lodging during sports events. Free parking. Beds were comfortable and enough towels were provided. Kitchen basics were sufficient to prep our meals. We encountered a minor problem with a pot and pan and had to reach out to Alex. He was very responsive and helpful. Check in was super easy using the detailed instructions provided ahead of time. I would stay there again.

Great apartment right in the middle of uptown, walkable to all the bars and restaurants in waterfront. Would recommend people to stay.

I stayed for 1 week in January. It was very cold and snowy, so I was happy to have a place so central and close to everything. If you walk across the street to the aquatic center, it is connected to Market square which has some great restaurants, and Brunswick square if you need something from the drugstore. Vito's restaurant is right next door and it is great as well. The unit is bright and very large and spacious. It had everything we needed. Communication with Alex was great, and was able to help me with my last minute request for a late checkout.

This is a great home away from home for family members with loved ones in the hospital. Very homey. Easy parking. Good neighbourhood. Felt very safe. I would definitely recommend it.
