Kick back and relax in this stylish space. One of two short term rentals at this location. The kitchen has coffee bar, a farmhouse sink and a pantry. The living room’s shiplap wall houses 55” tv and an electric fireplace. It also has a pull out couch. With 2 br., 11/2 baths, this unit sleeps 4 -5. The outdoor space was built for entertaining, large deck is partially covered so you can enjoy on a rainy day. Propane and wood fire-pits. Walk to restaurants, bars,markets and shops. Pet friendly.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Whether you need to soak in the hot tub, a hike in the woods, a gathering space by the fireplace or stare into the abyss on the swing, let us support your peace and calm. ​ Based on season, we also offer ice skating, paddle boarding, fishing and swimming in our pond.

The Star Dome at the Belleisle Bayview Retreat!

We offer one night stays! Enjoy stunning panoramic sunset views of the beautiful Belleisle Bay in the Star Dome; situated in a natural meadow near the lodge building. The Star Dome provides a unique experience with propane fireplace, and a clear roof for star gazing. The outdoor viewing deck includes a kitchen with all utensils/ hot sink, hot shower, toilet and BBQ. Round out your relaxation with our Finnish wood-stove sauna and cold tub at $50 per hour.
