Joseph's listing was exactly as described. There were very detailed notes provided via Airbnb and posted throughout the home with instructions for everything we needed. It was quiet, peaceful, and very close to where we needed to be.

Owners of this house invest huge amount of time and energy into making a stay of their guests comfortable. The apartment is accessible without any steps. Backyard has plenty of space both in the sun and a shadow, and it is fully fenced. Area for outdoor evening movie time was my personal "wow!" Decorative lights create so festive mood! Kitchen was equipped with many items to cook and serve own meals. Supermarkets are in just several minutes drive by car. There is a powerful shower in the bathroom. Blinders in the bedroom are capable to create a semi-dark environment even in the midday - good for a nap time! Apartment was very clean. Outdoor furniture may require to be cleaned by guests, however there is a vacuum in the closet and plenty of housekeeping items to do it. So many details are taken into account, everything is well organized. We are delighted with our stay and will definitely check availability of this apartment in the future when we are in the area. I first have to state that the property is immaculate!! Extremely clean and so well decorated, so impressive!!!! The property is clutter free and spacious. The best part was the parking as it was directly in-front of the property. Besides the glitz and glamour of this trendy space the customer service was one of a kind. Fast prompt response and always exuding top tier professionalism. I mistakenly left my purse in the property after checkout and the management company ensured me that they would handle the issue personally and my items would be safe until I returned. I’m greatly appreciative of the care the took with easing my fears. Great experience overall!! I would definitely return to this property again.

Tara has a beautiful place. Her decorations make you feel at home and her house is truly spotless. We have stayed at other airbnbs and this was the cleanest place we have ever stayed at. The location is close to a nice beach and close enough to other nice places in NYC.

The Airbnb was a great space and Spen was always responsive when I had a question. Overall a great experience!

my sister in law and i stayed here for our trip. it was perfect! i saw some reviews about the toilet paper rule but it’s honestly not bad. she provides trash bags. please don’t take an uber into the new york. it’s about $60 - $100. the bus is perfect. the neighborhood felt safe enough to walk in at night. easy to get to whichever airport of your choice. this place really was a steal!
