Inside the home features spacious game room; comfortable living spaces; and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy glorious sunrises and sunsets with a favorite beverage in hand, basking in all the lake has to offer.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy the beautiful lake view from the spacious living room, kitchen/ dining area. The kitchen is equipped with everything to make your favorite meal. Watch a good movie, while warming up to the cozy fireplace. Play a competitive game of pool, while enjoying that amazing view. Relax in the bed swing with a good book or sit on the dock and take in the amazing sunsets. You'll love the dock house; it gives you the feel of being on a houseboat.

Guesthouse - Studio in the woods

The guesthouse sits tucked back in the woods next door to our home, offering privacy and quiet once you arrive. The surrounding area is rural and unpolished - but the property itself is clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully maintained. Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm EST. We do not allow check-ins after 11:00 pm. This property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or who is unsteady on their feet. No smoking, e-cigs, or vaping permitted in the cottage or on the property.

All paved roads off l-10 about 10 minutes to this spectacular lake view. Enjoy boating and fishing, with convenient boat launch and local bait & tackle stores. Very quiet neighbors and located at dead end paved road on a lake point where you can see spectacular sunrises and sunsets. This house offers one bathroom and two bedrooms with queen beds, one with twin bunk. The master bedroom and bathroom is private to the owners only. The space is not shared, the owners are not on premise.

Lake Talquin Lunker Lodge is a vacation rental on a spacious waterfront property with a private dock, covered boat slip, free parking, and everything to make you comfortable: 1 large bedroom, 1 bathroom, open concept design of cozy living room with nice dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor patio grill. You will love your morning coffee on a screened porch listening to birds in a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. A lighted dock with "mancave" provides access to 24-hour fishing.

Very spacious home. We are 36 miles from Doak Campbell Stadium. We are approximately 80 miles to Panama City. Central location, can go to Alabama, Georgia & Florida in the same day! We are 5.3 miles from Mount Pleasant lodge. We are 21 miles away from Havana Springs venue.

Excellent fishing year round boat launch on property. Lake Talquin less than 5 miles away. FSU and Tallahassee are about 30 minutes away. $50.00 security deposit for unseen damage after cabin inspection if everything looks good you will get refund.

Talquin Tranquility - 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms Waterfront Home (Sleeps 6 plus sofa bed) Enjoy year-round activities at this peaceful lakeside cottage, well maintained and immaculately clean, with a bulk-headed waterfront and boat house to protect your boat. Always ready for short weekend stays or longer fishing expeditions. Small Dogs are allowed with prior permission, but a refundable pet deposit of $100 is required.

These bouncing bundles of joy are guaranteed to make you smile! We are near Tallahassee but in a rural area, down a bumpy dirt road, but we promise the trip is worth it. Kayaking and hiking right off the property, plus beautiful sunsets on the lake.
