Very peaceful and quiet, our apartment is a 14-minute walk (3 min drive) to DT Trenton and features a 50-inch smart TV, in-unit laundry, free onsite parking. 20 mins to Presquile Provincial Park, 47 mins to Sandbanks, and Trent Valley Lodge (3 min drive)

We call it a cottage, but it's [now] a super well-built house with 100+ acres of fields, pond and trails to explore! An Ontario Parks summer pass is included for your use. When you book you'll see that HST is added to your nightly rate and cleaning fee, and a Municipal Accommodations Tax is added to your nightly rate only. Stays longer than 29 days are exempt from both of these taxes.
