It is as advertised, Studio Apartment, Pull out couch, right next to train that'll get you to downtown or Mall of America, and beautiful hiking for the Mississippi as well as Minnehaha falls was wonderful (12 min walk!)

This was our second time staying at Jean-Claude's and it was really relaxing. It is our Saint Paul home-away-from-home. The apartment has everything you need. The location is near many excellent and convenient restaurants. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Was needing to be close to University of Minnesota for campus visits and tours. Was a quick drive across the bridge, but we also chose to walk to campus a few times since the weather was nice. It was an easy 15-20 minute walk. Great Coop grocery store just a block away and nice walking paths and quiet neighborhoods around. House has a historic vibe with all the necessary amenities.

Adam's listing was just as described. It was an upstairs unit with front and back access. Private parking in the rear was convenient. Rooms were nicely decorated; kitchen was fully stocked; towels & linens were fresh and clean. Only drawbacks: small bedrooms and quaint bathroom. We spent most of our time in large common rooms (living and dining) so not a problem. Free washer/dryer use in basement is handy for travelers. This is an older multi-residence that is very well-maintained by a cordial and communicative host. Highly recommend this airbnb. AAA+

I absolutely loved my stay, this the best Airbnb I have ever been in. It was super clean and had lovely, modern fixtures. I loved having the dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer. It had a super comfy bed and was very well furnished, especially with kitchen appliances. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and has lots of good shopping, restaurants and walking paths nearby. Lucy and her husband were very kind and responsive, respected my privacy and put so much care and thought in hosting this space. I was genuinely sad when my stay came to an end.

The unit is beautifully decorated, comfortable and quiet, and the off-street parking is a bonus (though street parking seemed plentiful.) Excellent location close to the Minneapolis airport, too.

Our unit was in a large Victorian home. It had a vintage look and feel, which we liked. It was large, clean, and quiet, and well equipped. It had a garage for parking, which was easy to access. It is close to many St. Paul attractions… we walked to our event at the palace theatre. All in all, a lovely stay!

Seana was an excellent, responsive host, and her place is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location is ideal— right by several quality restaurants and near the lake— and the apartment is well equipped with tea, coffee, and a great spot by the window where you can enjoy them in the morning.

The beautiful apartment in a secure building. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. Everything was new in the bright, sunny apartment with the balcony. Great communication with the hosts, they were very responsive. Higly recommend the place.

The Bird House is a fantastic location in the Theater District. If you are going to a show at the Orpheum, State or Pantages this is the place for you. It’s also centrally located for any number of endeavors. The beds were very comfortable and the couch and chairs were exceptional. We enjoyed our stay.

The place was great, clean, well equipped, and a great location. I was a little frustrated by the extensive background check before check-in. Also, the parking was a bit of a challenge, not a problem in April but parking a block and a half to 2 blocks away in the winter would be a problem.
