East Lodge

This fascinating small castle is close to the River Tummel, where you can fish for trout in season, and is full of character with a view over the river to Schiehallion mountain. Down by the riverbank there is a bonfire site where you can gather fallen branches and sit around the camp fire of an evening with family and friends. The garden is unenclosed so, being close to the river, small children should be supervised at all times. Dogs should be supervised when outside. There is a lovely walk along the river to the first hydro electric dam built in Scotland in the 1930s.

The Stable Loft on Loch Tummel

A unique setting, right on the shores of Loch Tummel surrounded by the scenery of the Perthshire countryside, The Stable Loft is cosy, spacious holiday accommodation within a 200-year-old farmhouse and is formed within a converted hayloft. The Stable Loft is perfect for a family holiday, fishing, wild swimming or water-sports holiday and also a romantic getaway. It is a peaceful oasis, tucked away from it all at Foss, in the Tummel Valley, but it is easily accessible from the A9 near Pitlochry.

The Garden Room @ East Dall Lodge, Rannoch

Situated on the south side of Loch Rannoch, The Garden Room is a wonderful remote retreat. Comprising a compact self-contained annex with a kitchenette, double bed and a separate shower room. You’ll have sole use of the enclosed front garden and fresh eggs from our hens. One dog is welcome. An abundance of birds are seen in our garden as well as the occasional red squirrel. Enjoy a wild swim, paddleboard or fish in the loch opposite, walk in the Black Wood or cycle 25 miles around Loch Rannoch!

West Cottage is a typical Scottish country cottage among mountains in beautiful Glenlyon. It's semi-detached from our own house with its own entrance. Beautiful, interesting interior with thousands of books. Central heating and wood burning stove. Original range in kitchen, two double bedrooms with a double bed each, both with an extra single bed. There's a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge. Overlooking a bird feeding area with frequent visits from red squirrels.

Susan and Graham host Ardarroch and live next door. Nestled in the spectacular surroundings on the outskirts of Crieff, with panoramic views and within easy walking distance of the town centre. Crieff offers many places to eat with an excellent deli and cafes providing good quality local produce. Local attractions include the oldest whiskey distillery, numerous walks and nearby Munros, and a wildlife centre at nearby Comrie. The town has a selection of lovely parks suitable for all ages.

KEPRANICH STEADING is a secluded, modern, no-smoking, double-glazed cottage with wonderful loch and mountain views. Bound by a burn, the pleasant garden grounds, sit in 12 acres of grass and woodland where paths lead down to a private beach on the shores of Loch Tay. Private fishing. Well-behaved pets are welcome. Located on the quieter south side of the loch, the conservation village of Kenmore (5 miles) provides local amenities. The small town of Aberfeldy is 12 miles to the east.

Milton Cottage in Glen Lyon

At Milton Cottage we aim to offer guests a cosy retreat to our croft where they can come and unwind in Glenlyon, Scotland’s longest and most beautiful glen. For hill walking, Ben Lawers and 12 munros are within a 6 mile radius. If you like fishing, salmon and trout fishing can be arranged. On request, we offer a three-course dinner. It's all homemade and we regularly cook vegetarian dishes, using our own or local produce where possible. The cottage has reliable WIFI broadband.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.
