With easy access to coastal walking tracks, 500m walk to the beach, 5 mins from Lyttelton & 20 mins to Christchurch central this space is the perfect getaway spot. Warm and sunny, self contained apartment, private lounge and bathroom in a quiet lane on the lower slopes of Huntsbury Hill. Off street parking, 3 pin plug power for EV (small extra charge may apply). Small kitchenette with tea + coffee facilities, sink, fridge and microwave. Wifi, bus stop, shops and restaurant, 3 minute walk, 4 km to city center, 12 km (20 minute drive) to airport. Lovely on-site and helpful hosts. Please ask; but bed configuration not really suitable for children.

Mariners Cabin: Your seaside escape

Mariners Cabin is a modern and minimalist retreat situated in picturesque Cass Bay, perfect for solo travellers or couples looking for a serene escape. This cabin (13 square meters in size) is suspended in the trees, offers the best proximity to beach views, an outdoor bath, barbecue, and a romantic outdoor dining area. It also features an authentic wood burner, ensuring warmth and coziness during chilly nights, while the comfortable double bed provides a restful night's sleep.

Te Ara Cottage Tranquil Retreat

Beautiful charming cottage with fantastic view. The cottage has a queen bed, a sitting room, shower, bath and toilet with own deck. Not self-contained but has a gas cooker, bbq set, microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster. Tea/Plunger coffee are provided. There is a walking track below the cottage and also more walks around here. We are located in Diamond Harbour, 20min walk to jetty that you can catch a ferry to Lyttelton, only 10min ride, beautiful journey.

Cosy Tiny in Cass Bay

We welcome you to relax and enjoy some time away in our cosy Tiny house! Located in Cass Bay, with a full ensuite, queen bed, and full kitchen with outdoor deck and close access to a variety of coastal walking tracks. An 8 minute drive to Lyttelton provides a range of eclectic cafes, restaurants and bars and a well-stocked supermarket and pharmacy, and a Farmers Market every Saturday our Tiny provides an alternative to the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
