Holiday home "Letica" is very comfortable for holiday. It is a fashionably renovated old stone house built in 1907. in the old village Podgora. It is situated about 500m from the sea (airline distance). The house consists of 2 double bed rooms, a living room (with TV), a kitchen and a bathroom-on 1st floor and 2 double bed rooms (with TV), a bathroom and a small kitchen - on 2nd floor. Enjoy a peaceful holiday with beautiful views of the sea and islands and the magnificent mountain Biokovo.

Isolated property Villa EagleStone is located on and lonesome place and yet only 5 min drive to the beach and 10 minutes drive to town Makarska with all amenities. The house comprises an open plan living room with kitchen and dining area and a bathroom on the ground floor, whilst the first floor comprises 2 bedrooms (each or them has its own bathroom). Preporuka je korištenje automobila za do grada, plaže,trgovine.Plaža : 1-1,5km, trgovina : 1,5km-2km, benzinska stanica: 400m, centar grada Makarske cca 3km. Moguće je pješice.

The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.

IMPORTANT(for period of high season 15.06.-15.09. because it’s impossible to find parking during that period): Guests can chose one of two options for parking: Parking on the street in front of the house is FREE of charge but it is a city parking, NOT PRIVATE one and can’t be reserved, so in case you use the car often I can offer you a ticket free of charge for the near-by parking place.

In ground floor there is dining room and kitchen in one, on first floor there is bedroom with bathroom and on the second floor there is a living room with a bathroom which can also be a bedroom for two people. From the parking place there are stairs to the house. Around house there is a huge great space for relaxation.
