In a separate living space you will find additional seating with our chaise lounge next to our beautiful bay window. The bedroom comes complete with a queen bed & tv to watch your favorite shows. The HUGE kitchen is modern & provides plenty of space for cooking, hosting & leads to an outside patio. This is a 420 friendly home with incredible natural lighting.

The Cottage

The Cottage, with a studio style layout, is a bright and clean space just one mile from historic downtown lees summit with local shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage is ~20 min from downtown Kansas City and 15 min from Kaufman and Arrowhead Stadium. This newly renovated 1900s milk barn is unique and special with a lot of charm, with a few of the modern conveniences. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the two acre landscaped yard and enjoy a delicious s’more at the outdoor fire pit!

Lovely home on a huge acre lot 1.5 miles from the sports complex and 2 houses from the Rock Island bike trail. Come stay at our house and bike or walk to the games. Dogs welcome and will be in love with our huge back yard. 2 bedrooms on the main floor with queen beds. Large open attic space with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Just bring your suitcases! Also great place to work from home. GoogleFiber provided and a work station. Must be 25 to rent.
