This new renovated apartment is located just in front of the city beach. Old town is just about 15 min walking distance. Beautiful beach with cafe bar is perfect for lazy days during vacations ( in front of the apartment ) , restaurant with grilled food and other ( 3 minutes walking ), grocery shop is 100 meters from apartment, bus station and big market ( 10 minutes walking ), green market and fish market are on peninsula 15 minutes walking.

Unsere in 2024 neu gebauten, großzügigen Nautica Apartments bieten einen atemberaubenden, unverbauten Blick auf das Meer und die Berge durch eine 6m breite Glasfront vom Boden bis zur Decke. Mehr Blick geht nicht. Dieses Apartment 1 im Erdgeschoß hat eine große Terrasse mit eigenem kleinem Garten. Ein toller 14m Pool lädt zum schwimmen ein.
