We're located in a quiet, safe neighborhood less than 10 mins to Whiskeytown Lake, 5 mins to Downtown, and 5.9 miles to Bethel. The guest apartment has an updated clean, modern feel & very comfy beds that are loved by our guests. The apartment has two large bedrooms, a spacious living room, kitchenette, bathroom & private outdoor space with fire pit.

Spend time in a quiet, peaceful getaway. Relax on the back patio, spend time with your dog in the gated front yard or enjoy the cool of the AC inside. Shasta Dam, Shasta Lake and Centimudi boat ramp are only 2 miles away. There are also a couple great hikes and walks close by to enjoy.
