Fantastic stay - great location and views

Our stay exceeded our expectations. Wow what a lovely clean unit and so spacious. Communication with our host was great.

Shannon is a fantastic host - our most favourite part was how close her place is to the beach - you can see and hear the water with its own beach access

A beautiful location with a unique perspective. The deck surrounded by leafy trees is a perfect spot to enjoy a book. Easy access to Cylinder and Deadmans Beach - perfect with glorious weather. The space is decorated with style and elegant detail in every corner. A perfect space for a different Island getaway. Such a pleasure to enjoy a well equipped kitchen and the welcome gift was much appreciated!

Julie was an excellent host, the property is fantastic with the pool and incredible view of the beach and Bay! Julie gave a comprehensive overview of the island with innumerable recommendations and local tips - this was our third trip to the island but half the things we did were new thanks to Julie's tips!

Such a great location. Easy walk to beech & shops . Once you step in to Chris and Garth’s property, you feel like you are already on holiday . Everything is well thought of (down to my own box organiser for my toiletries !) Facility wise everything you need is here; washing machine, dishwasher, BBQ etc & lovely little pool. Would love to return some day Juliet & James

We had such an amazing 10 day stay. Melanie’s place was absolutely perfect for a large family or just if you need space. Ground floor is a double garage. Middle floor has all the bedrooms and bathroom/laundry etc and top floor is the kitchen and entertaining deck with gorgeous festoon lights. There are two separate internal lounge/seating areas. It’s at the back of the building so very quiet and lovely outlook. It was all very clean and comfortable beds with air conditioning available in Master Bed and all living spaces. The large kitchen has so much pantry storage and the separation of two lounge areas on one floor was absolutely wonderful (we are a family of five) . Everything was well catered and thought of and appreciated. Being behind the bakery/gelati/coffee shops and across road from stunning cliff boardwalk was perfect! Can walk to beach too. The place was absolutely beautiful! Perfect vibe for such a gorgeous little island. We could sit on that balcony for hours 🌞 Walking distance to the pub, water and tucked away within the trees. The perfect middle location from the beach/ busy parts of the island and the barge Would 100% stay again

Had a wonderful Easter long weekend at Julie's. Amity was the perfect spot for us (2 adults, 2 kids and our doggo) - we enjoyed the sunsets, coffee at Bo's and drinks at the Pav. Our dog's fave part was the daily drive we'd made to Home Beach :) Julie's beach house was lovely and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. With an amazing collection of artwork, books and kitschy knick knacks, one can tell that Julie is a wanderlust herself - which makes Airbnb such an amazing platform for travelers. We hope to visit again one day. Straddie is such a special place, and we acknowledge the Quandamooka people and their ownership of the land we'd visited.

Beautiful big spacious house. Everything provided that you need to have an easy, convenient & enjoyable stay. Only critism is that doona covers and mattress protectors probably need washing after every guest check out. Anytime check in and check out made life so much easier. Keysafe super easy to use. Great location also walking distance to shops. Thank you.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The house on the water was even better than we expected - honestly, the photos don’t do it justice. The views were stunning, especially the sunsets, which were truly out of this world. The home was spotless, beautifully set up and had everything we needed. It was especially great for families with young kids - lots of thoughtful amenities that made our stay so much easier. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Lisa’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient, and the space had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Communication with Lisa was smooth and responsive, and she was always willing to help when needed. Overall, a great experience—I’d definitely recommend this place to others and would happily stay again in the future!

A little slice of paradise! Cannot recommend MyHaven enough. Nicole and Simon were friendly, proactive hosts. We spent so much time watching the resident roos! Straddie itself is a must do and when we return we hope to spend it here!

We’ve had the pleasure of staying in Verena and Michael’s place 3 times. I would like to mention that this place Doesn’t have blankets on beds(sheets pillow cases only) unless paid extra for which is another added cost unfortunately. Apart from that this place has everything you need. Very clean and responsive hosts.

This apartment is amazing Almost 360 degree views of the entire Gold Coast beaches and hinterlands. It’s clean. It has everything. Fabulous weekend stay cay!

Great host who went above and beyond during Cyclone Alfred, accommodating our extended stay when we couldn’t leave the state. The place was fantastic - great location and excellent amenities. We had a small issue at check-in, but the host resolved it smoothly. Thanks for having us!

A great stay! Close to everything and quiet at night when you want a rest. Easy access to the facilities in the building. Will stay there again if go back to Gold Coast! Just a wee suggestion, the lights in the room can be brighter. (or Maybe they can but we didn't find out how to make them brighter)

The accommodation was great, clean and relaxing. It was quiet being up so high and felt like you were away from the hustle and bustle of surfers. Great location, easy travel to the parks and restaurants. We had a a wonderful stay at Nans place she was very helpful and very prompt to respond. I won’t hesitate to book this accommodation again when going to the Gold Coast.

Really awesome stay in beautiful location. Awesome view from that high up, close to the heart of surfers and just across the road from the beach. Definitely recommend you give this place a go.
