We’ve been staying here for the last 3 years and it’s been wonderful. It feels like our own place. The host response quickly with any questions we have had. If you’re looking for nice clean place, peace, and quiet this is the place to stay! Can’t wait to go back!

The Turkey Farmhouse was more spacious than I expected. Everything was well stocked--dishes and utensils, towels, board games. There were also spaces to sit quietly separate from the main areas in the house. As a Gen Xer, I really enjoyed the arcade games as well.

Great place! Lots of room, comfortable, and spotless. I highly recommend!

Amazing place! The house had a lot of history but plenty of sleep space for our family. The Land was breathtaking! We will be back!

We loved staying here. Our hosts are beyond kind and very responsive. There are small things that make the place feel like home, such as kids toys and crayons for families, great kitchen appliances, super comfy towels, and seasonal decor. The bed was comfortable. We had a small issue on arrival, but Kristofer fixed it right away and with graciousness. Super responsive and willing to go above and beyond. Highly recommend for anyone traveling in the region. My family would stay again.

Beautiful home, had a pool, skee ball, basketball arcade horse shoe in the back hard, lots of movies an a pop corn machine, beds were very comfortable.. Plenty of space

The perfect place for a peaceful weekend getaway! I really enjoyed walking through the woods, playing fetch with their sweet pup, and soaking in the hot tub after hiking in the nearby Shawnee National Forest. Kevin was super helpful and responsive. I would love to come back sometime!

Loved staying at this location. So close to restaurants and shops and outdoor adventures. Very quiet. Amazing views of stars. Plenty of sleeping spaces. Very responsive and helpful host!

Beautiful and extra clean! My favorite airbnb so far. It would be a wonderful summer vacation place for families to enjoy all the amenities such as fishing pond and pool. And close enough to Shawnee National Forest and Marion for different adventures.

What wonderful, peaceful retreat! We were looking for somewhere to unplug and we found it! I honestly can't wait to go back.

Kevin's property was perfect. He and his family were very responsive and helpful when we needed some assistance with the RV. We came in late our first night but with Kevin's instructions had no problem finding the spot. the location is very peaceful. We wanted to do some hikes and see fall foliage and Kevin's place was a perfect base camp. We will definitely be back. I'm already shopping the idea with a few other families to find a weekend when we can rent all 3 RVs!

Our stay was just what we were looking for. It was a nice, cozy, quiet place for a getaway. Location was very close to Shawnee National Forest, and Giant City State Park. Amenities were great, and had everything we needed for cooking. The house was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent!!

Great location for hiking and wine trail. Very comfortable with extra attention to bathroom amenities. Anita was very accommodating and prompt with responses, even allowing early checkin. We ended up really appreciating the garage which made loading/unloading and entry/exit effortless.

I hosted a slumber party for my 10 year old and 9 of her friends, THEY HAD AN ABSOLUTE BALL!! The second night, my husband, mother and 3 children enjoyed a night ourselves, and no one wanted to leave the next morning! Thank you for providing such a comforting atmosphere for my family and I to enjoy!

Very comfortable place for us to spend time in Central Illinois and visit lots of family in surrounding towns.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this peaceful getaway. The camper was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The area is close to the highway, but still feels very secluded and private. Jared was an amazing host, offering suggestions for local activities, along with extremely high level of communication and transparency, will definitely be going back!

Amazing place with beautiful views. we loved the horses out front! Gina was so friendly and very responsive! My favorite part - We told Gina we would be late to check in.. Gina turned on all the lights for us, unlocked the back door, and we brought our two dogs! She took the time to set out different treat options for them and food bowls! Gina was checking in with us to make sure we didnt need anything also! Such a friendly host with a beautiful atmosphere. We would be back!!

Great secluded area within 30 minute drive of what must be 25+ hikes. It’s rural, stock up before getting in. Very comfortable home sitting right on a stream that is amazing for reading books at night or drinking coffee in the AM. Serviceable kitchen/bathroom/bedrooms. Pet friendly is a plus. If you’re coming in the next month be prepped for bad roads, seems you have to take the gravel backroad into this place which is a tad rough to say the least, but manageable. Loved being on the farm around the animals and guard dog. Only was able to tackle about 10 hikes so will definitely be back!
