Beautiful decor, full of character & a brilliant location to local restaurants. Stayed for the bank holiday weekend, which 7 of us fitted comfortably with everything you needed incl WiFi, coffee machine etc. Brilliant communication throughout & very generous gift hamper on arrival. Great stay in a beautiful apartment, a real home from home. The place is spotless, secure and totally hassle free. Next time I’m working in the area I will definitely look to book the same place again. Highly recommended and a great find.

A wonderful few days home from home. The place is amazing- has everything for a comfortable stay. 3 minutes walk to the beach and 20 minutes walk to the town. A perfect place to relax in a peaceful location. Instructions to get in and use anything were spot on. Would certainly come back to the area and book this place again.

Loved staying here at this appartment. Such good value for money. A warm welcome, great host, lovely appartment and facilities. Located in an ideal location - 30 minute drive to Swansea and the Mumbles, lovely short walk locally and within easy access to other places. Some amazing walks - coastal and a whole range of waterfalls to go and visit. Property is clean and has everything you need for a short break. Extra welcome touches include access to Netflix, Prime and Disney+, treats and cosmetic items. Will definitely return. Thank you Lucy

i enjoyed my stay at this place. me and my partner visited cardiff and we couldn’t of picked a better place to stay. we was left with a little welcome pack on the table as you walk in. it was so comfortable and the area of the place is very nice and calm. parking was easy to find and it’s very near cardiff city centre. there was no problem checking in/out and will defo stay here whenever i visit cardiff! thank you to the host for the amazing stay.

The location was close to shops and local beauty spots and attractions . Beautifully clean and comfortable, just as described in atmospheric old converted church

Great stay, in a modern and clean apartment close to city centre and its attractions.

I stayed with Mike and Bert for two weeks while a house sale went through, I brought with me my high maintenance Bengal cat Kevin Bacon. During our stay Mike has gone out of his way to accommodate us, the accommodation is completely separate and lockable, I felt completely safe, I knew Kevin was secure and didn’t see any red flags. Mike is laid back and approachable, the perfect host. The bed is extremely comfortable and everything I have needed has been included with no extra costs or limitations. Bert is a very good boy and has been trained properly, he doesn’t go upstairs but he will bring you a shoe each time he sees you as a greeting, Bert was completely safe around Kevin when I took Kevin in the garden. There is easy parking at the accommodation and lots to do in the area, lots of walks, castles, stepping stones over rivers, sand dunes, beaches, horse riding and a decent selection of Pubs. If I ever end up homeless again I will be coming back! Thank you.

Our stay was great. Ideally located for local amenities, including the fair, shops and places to eat and drink. The apartment is small, but decorated beautifully and is lovely and clean with all the necessary amenities. Nerys was a perfect host, from getting straight back to me to confirm my booking despite it being late at night, to confirming check-in details and thanking us for our stay. Our stay in Hay on Wye was a delight. Hay is one of our most favourite towns, with the world famous bookshops but also a lovely range of independent craft and food shops. There is a great range of lovely places to eat, we enjoyed the tapas restaurant just across the road from the studio. The Lion’s Den studio is in an idea location to explore the town, it is also on the route of Offa’s Dyke Path which was our reason for visiting. The flat is very comfortable and was the perfect place for us to enjoy a break from walking and rest our weary legs! I would definitely recommend Elizabeth and James as hosts.

Second time staying here, for annual event in the local area. So knew what to expect. Nice space, easy drive to supermarkets and shops, private space. On equestrian farm so nice to look out of window and see the horses. Bit of roadworks and construction going on nearby but during our weekend stay there was no work going on.

We spent a week here and it was absolutely amazing! Shower/bath was great, bed was really comfy! Kitchen was beautiful and surroundings were amazing g with the common horses right at your doorstep!

Would definitely recommend for a stay in Newport. Amazing space and great sound system and Blu-ray Discs for a cosy evening in! Up a steep hill but short walk into the city centre.

Jay was a lovely host, very responsive. The place was absolutely beautiful too, looks like the pictures and so close to the city centre. Definitely going to stay again :)

Great location with an easy walk into the city, the free parking is a great addition and really appreciated! All three apartments were well equipped and suited the whole family (age ranging from 5 months up to 60) The only thing to note is that there are stairs up to all the apartments, but there is enough space at the bottom of the stairs to leave a pushchair instead of carrying it up. The hosts were very responsive and helpful all the way from booking to checkout.

Let's start with the positives.. Lovely, modern and settled in straight away. All electrical appliances and kitchen appliances work Easy and accessible to visit the surround areas. Responsible host, very helpful and receptive. Our stay was very well priced, we arrived a day early at our accomodation (By accident) in which was effiticely resolved and was able to check in early (additionally paying for another night, still very cheap) Onto the not so positives.. (There are not many) Unfortunately the fittings and fittings to the bathroom door are not fitted well. Door handle is hanging off my 1 screw, does not close properly which creates no privacy alongside a half a used lock sticking out at head out on the door frame. (Not very safe) Toilet roll holder could be fixed to the wall more securely as it is at an angle. Unfortunately all door handles inside the property were all loose and not fitted well. There is graffiti on the inside of the cupboard fridge door. Table leg is bodged

Informal and friendly hosts, helpful but not over-attentive during our stay. Lovely living space, full of character with great views. Would stay again if we’re in that part of the world
