You will have secure access to the lower level of our home with separate entrance. Located in the Sunderland Bay area on Phillip Island Victoria, home of the world famous Penguin Parade, within 10 minutes walk of Surfies Point Surf beach and 3 km from safe surf beach at Smiths Beach. The cottage built in 2014 is modern, fully self- contained, perfect for couples or a family with off street parking and safe play yard for children. Wheelchair ramp, Highchair & portable cot.

This property is located within 2 minute walk to Rhyll Foreshore which has a Fish & Chip shop, The Foreshore Bar & Restaurant, licenced cafe and Indian restaurant. Sea Boating access and facilities, Foreshore Fun, Fishing, and a pier. Plenty of room for 2 families plus a safe rear yard for boats etc. Cowes is a 7min drive with more restaurants, supermarkets and shops. All surf and swimming beaches are nearby. There is plenty to see and do within close proximity. A wonderful holiday spot.

We have two Air BNB's with approx 20m between them at the rear (see photos) with access to both from the shared driveway.
