Our house is 2 story/we live upstairs in a quiet neighborhood of Richmond/El Sob area. We have in-law unit on street level with one full bathroom, small bedroom with one comfy queen bed, tv, wi-fi, separate living area with kitchenette, microwave, medium size refrigerator, coffee maker, and single bed for 3rd person. Our typical guest has grandkids or children that live in our area, is in town for work or is traveling from just about anywhere in the world. Guests have said they like being close to SF at a very reasonable price. We're a family home so you can hear our family when we are in the kitchen. The Sweet Suite is behind our kitchen. Our kids have grown up doing Airbnb so they work to be as quiet as they can when guests are in the Sweet Suite. There is no doubt you will hear us at some point.

No kitchen access or fridge/microwave.

The " little farmhouse" is a special place for those who like biking and hiking at Wildcat Canyon Regional Park, while enjoying the peace and quiet of this meticulously decorated in-law unit set up to host up to 2 guests. My intention was to achieve a harmonious environment where you can relax, cook, and disconnect from the rest of the world. It is equipped with the amenities that you may find in a fancy hotel room. This is an in-law unit; noise may travels from upstairs occasionally.
