Let us welcome you to 100 Acre Wood, a historic farm and working cattle ranch. Owl's House is a private and stylish guest house nestled within the trees and garden and offers 180° views. Our farm store is stocked with our own TX Longhorn beef and pasture-raised chicken and eggs, plus curated with local products. Enjoy pastoral farm life and our private forest trails, or get out and play in the area's abundance of fine dining, wineries, seasonal attractions, outdoor activities, and entertainment.

Enjoy stunning lake views through oversized windows and all the comforts you need: a queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, full bathroom, and efficient climate control. Get out on the water with free kayaks available in our nearby boat launching area. Perfect for a romantic, relaxing, or budget-friendly stay, this tiny house offers big charm in a small space.

Come relax and enjoy lakefront living in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath house on Boone Lake. 1st BR offers a king size bed and 2nd BR offers a twin over full bunk bed with a trundle. Enjoy open concept living with beautiful views of the lake. Inside you will find wifi, streaming on 3 tvs, Wii, board games, puzzles and books. Relax on the large deck, enjoy yard games or use the 2 kayaks, canoe or paddle board. A perfect place for a relaxing family getaway. Ring camera at front door only for security.

Lavender Farm Private Luxury Suite

The luxury suite features reclaimed wood from a 150 year old silo. Reclaimed beams adorn the ceiling. The shower features rainfall, waterfall and massage jets. There is a four post king size reclaimed wood bed with an amazing second floor view of the entire circular lavender field. There is also an open kitchen/living room area with a view of 4,000+ lavender plants. You will be surrounded by custom-picked imported Italian granite selections. The sinks in the suite feature amethyst geodes.

The suite is attached to our home, but is 100% separate w/ private deck entrance (1 flight up), driveway + lake access. Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep.
