The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. It is a lovely spacious house, that has 3 ensuite bathrooms and therefore is great for couples, families and small groups. It is ideal for exploring North Yorkshire. The adjacent property, 2 Stonegarth can be let with this property. It is ideal for two families that want privacy but can come together for meals etc. Well behaved dogs allowed.

A cosy cottage nestled in the hills of the North Yorkshire Moors, on the edge of Ampleforth village. An ideal place to relax, listen to the wildlife and enjoy the beautiful countryside. The pretty market town Helmsley is less than 10 minutes drive, with lots to explore. There is an abundance of great walks from your doorstep, excellent cycling routes and you will be spoilt for choice with fantastic cafes, pubs and restaurants. York is 45 mins drive and an hour to the coast for beach walks.

The Garden Room

Two renovated old buildings have been converted into a quiet, one bedroom, self contained Garden room. In the centre of Slingsby village, you are well placed to explore the beautiful surrounding areas of Yorkshire. A modern kitchen with fridge, microwave and cooker is equipped for preparing delicious meals. A wall mounted television with Netflix is available. The sleeping area hosts a double bed with wall hanging for clothes, adjacent to which is a bright shower room with heated towel rail.

Maltkiln House Annexe is the perfect getaway for two people who love to be in the countryside. You can enjoy uninterrupted views sitting at the bottom of the garden which is your own space. The Annexe dates back to the 16th century and is full of charm. You can walk from our Annexe straight up onto the Cleveland way where you can walk or bike for miles. Our Annexe is a popular stop off for people walking the coast to coast. We are also very close to some great pubs and restaurants.

Stunning rural shepherds hut

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.

This bolthole has been lovingly refurbished to a high standard throughout, providing guests with a comfortable and cosy home-from-home. There is a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a modern bathroom fitted with underfloor heating and a sperate bath and shower. The living room has a cosy log fire and large dining table.
