Vicky and Bob's villa is a great place to stay when visiting San Pancho. I would definitely return here in the future. they were very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. they let us know about local events happening as well as restaurant recommendations. The unit even came with a couple folding beach chairs and umbrella to use, so you don't have to pay for stuff on the beach. That was really helpful for us! The unit we were in was on the ground floor too, so it stayed nice and cool making for good sleeps! looking forward to being back in San Pancho!

Ignacio was the best host I’ve ever had with an Airbnb. Always available to respond and resolve any questions or concerns I was having. Beyond excellent customer service and I really appreciated that. The apartment is just like it looks in the photos. The kitchen is equipped with anything you could ever want. The rooms are very big and having a laundry machine is a great feature to have. It came in really handy. Thank you again for a great stay, Ignacio!

El lugar increíble, lo único malo es el olor a caño todo el día, se percibe más cuando abres las ventanas o vas pasando por ahí.

It was the second time we chose to stay there. Beautiful view and really nice manager. The bed could be more comfortable, but doe able for a couple nights.

Está en una bonita zona, segura y el alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia larga o corta, la lavadora y secadora funcionan bien. Las fotos son tal cual y el lugar es muy limpio y ordenado, sólo hay que tomar en cuenta que hay un solo baño.

Excellent location, simple apartment with all the amenities you need. Daniel was very responsive when we needed something. Two blocks away from the beach. Walking distance to the beach clubs, bars and restaurants. Apartment is adjacent to a busy street so you hear a little bit of traffic noise.

Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

Great location with an incredible view! The place was super clean and easy to access. The pool on site was great and a very easy walk to the beach club in town. Definitely worth what was paid.

Yo si me volvería a hospedar nuevamente, me pareció muy buena ubicación y además es un lugar para descansar y desconectar de la ciudad está muy cerca de la playa y también para practicar la pesca deseaba mucho esas vacaciones y me fui queriendo más días.

This apartment was up the hill along the highway, but it was nice to be away from the noise and traffic of downtown Sayulita. The kitchen was well equipped and the city area outside our apartment was very nice. The store downstairs was very convenient and the host was super friendly:

El edificio y la zona son muy buenos, algo ruidoso por la estructura de como están los depas pero nada del otro mundo. El lugar es excelente para moverte hacia Vallarta o la Riviera Nayarita.

We had a fantastic week at this condo! It was beautiful, clean, and located in a safe, secure building with 24/7 front desk staff. The pool and hot tub area were stunning—perfect for relaxing after a day out. We had a few minor issues during our stay, but the host was quick to respond and took care of everything right away, which we really appreciated! The location is amazing—just steps from the beach and close to everything. We loved the little bakery down the street called Eulo’s for quick morning treats. For food and drinks, we really enjoyed Sapphire Beach Club, Kevin’s Hideaway and Apaches for happy hour, and Republic on Basilio Badillo (don’t miss their margaritas!).

El edificio es muy bonito, tienes dos albercas y un jacuzzi, una de las albercas y el jacuzzi están en el roof garden y son climatizadas. El departamento es muy bonito y cómodo cuenta con todo lo necesario, el edificio tiene elevador que como el departamento está en el primer piso casi es inventario peof se agradece para subir a la terraza. Está muy cerca de la plata de la Peñita y 5 minutos en carro de guayabitos. Definitivamente volvería a reservar.

Wow, my stay was absolutely fantastic! Checking in was a breeze, and the first thing that caught my eye was how spotless the place was. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the furnishings were super comfortable. The sheets in the master bedroom were top-notch! Oh, and did I mention the wraparound deck? It was a real treat. And guess what? The top floor had a rooftop pool with breathtaking views. I was also lucky enough to meet the host, Miguel. He was so friendly and checked in with me a few times to make sure I was having a great time. I really enjoyed the area. If you venture behind the building, you’ll find some lovely spots to stroll around. Within a 10- to 15-minute walk, you’ll find coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. And if you need to take the bus, it’s just a short block away. Oh, and here are some extras I thought were really nice, in the fridge when I arrived: two sandwiches and sodas and luggage racks in each bedroom.

We had a wonderful stay in Sayulita at Atalia's place. The descriptions of the flat were right on, great location and so easy to walk to the beach and many places to eat. The bed was perfectly comfortable and we are a bit picky about beds. The air conditioner worked wonderfully although the perfect weather in March didn't deem it necessary. We spent two days relaxing at the pool on the roof where there is an incredible view of the city and the beach. It was lovely to just read in the shade and sun away from the hustle of the city. I would stay here again as everything was just right. We are planning on coming back again next year.

We would return in a heartbeat to this stunning location! My daughter and I felt safe and enjoyed quieter beach days and head3ed into town with ease whenever we wanted! The uber into town is under $5 and they picked us up at the door ! We walked into town one day along the road ( about 20 min) but found local bus (10 pesos at main road) or uber to be fast and easy ! The beaches at the condo are stunning - huge waves and such a peaceful setting . We found the condo very spacious and airy and the beds were comfortable ! Lots of space for everything and a functional kitchen . Loads of hot water in the two showers . Very rustic with a Mexican flare to the awesome decor ! We enjoyed the food at La Playita restaurant literally at the front door ! Happy hour is perfect for ice cold drinks ! We loved everything about the stay and the other so so much to do in PV we can’t wait to go back ! We bought an umbrella for beach and left it there for future guests ! This is a true treasure !
