We didn’t get to enjoy all of the great amenities of this place as we arrived in the evening and had early flights in the morning. I wish we had more time as your home was so welcoming and the outside space very inviting.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our trip, and we felt very welcomed throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and love to come back again!

We have stayed with Gil many times over the past four years, and it’s always our favorite place! The home is private, has a beautiful view, and is conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. On this visit, we really noticed and appreciated all the recent improvements: A new water system with stable, strong pressure TV with 1000+ channels in the living room Surround sound in both the bedroom and living room New patio furniture A comfortable sofa in the master bedroom A new mirror in the master bathroom A professional-grade juice maker Fresh paint and repairs throughout Gil’s care and attention to the property really show. We always look forward to returning!

Casa Peces is well maintained and comfortable. The home is spacious and the neighborhood was peaceful. The pool was perfect. It was very easy to communicate with both Martha and Jessica. I would absolutely stay at Casa Peces again on a future trip!

En general nos gusto mucho el lugar, se preocupan por todos los aspectos, nosotros viajamos con una niña y una mascota, dejaron detalles para ambas, es un lugar para relajarse pero se preocupan por tener diferentes opciones para que los huéspedes se entretengan, muchas gracias muy felices 😊

realmente muy amable y con disponibilidad a lo que uno requiere, es super comprensible con los horarios por si se requiere salir un poquito después, siempre pendiente si uno llegara a necesitar, la ubicación muy buena, es un alojamiento muy completo

If you’re looking for a place in San Jose, that is an amazing value for the money and is within walking distance or a 10 minute drive from so many activities, then this is it. WHAT I LOVED: The inside of the property has clean modern finishes and a minimalist interior design. The host was extremely responsive, and the security was very friendly and extremely helpful. Each of the bedrooms had a full bathroom inside of it, which is great, especially if you are sharing the condo with another couple. Also, there is a half bathroom in the great room as well. WHAT WOULD MAKE THIS PROPERTY IDEAL: Temp Control It was a little bit odd that there was only one air-conditioning unit, and it was in one of the master bedrooms that receive the most sun, so it got a little bit warm during the day, but it was still very comfortable Upgraded linens All of the bedsheets, blankets and pillows and bathroom towels were a little cheap but everything was clean

I have stayed here before and always come back - the apartment is perfect - fast WiFi and easy to get everywhere in the San Jose area. I use Uber while in CR and the location is perfect - Uber always available quickly. The host is always available and quick to respond to any question and recommendations… As they say - she has very positive energy and is a pleasure to work with on any request. I will be back for sure! Pura Vida

Great deal for such a great little apartment in an excellent neighborhood. Host was super communicative and gave information in a timely manner. Check-in was flexible which we appreciated because we were coming a long with way a lot of luggage. Thanks again!

We stayed the night here, as we only needed a place to sleep. The bed was comfortable. The shower was warm. We felt safe and secure. We would stay here again if needed.

A nice quiet place to stay in San Pedro. Comfortable with all the amenities needs and close by to the center of the city. The host is very responsive and will help with anything you need.

Me and my partner really enjoyed staying at Gabriel’s place. It was clean easy to check in the car. Elevator was pretty cool and there’s tons to do in the area walking distance. We felt safe and it was a convenient place to stay right before you headed to the airport in the morning.

Super Aufenthalt in sicherer, sauberer Gegend! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern und liegt in einer absolut sicheren und angenehmen Gegend. Besonders praktisch: Direkt im Haus befindet sich das Restaurant Pots & Bowls – absolut empfehlenswert! Alles, was ich probiert habe, war lecker, und der Spicy Passion Fruit Margarita ist ein echtes Highlight. Ein paar Tipps für zukünftige Gäste: Vom Flughafen aus lohnt sich ein Uber für ca. 11 €, anstatt ein Taxi für 25 $. Direkt in der Nähe, beim Pali Supermarkt (in der Nähe des Stadions), gibt’s eine Liberty-Filiale – dort bekommt man eine SIM-Karte für etwa 18 € für 30 Tage. Von da aus kommt man übrigens auch ganz bequem mit dem Bus in die Innenstadt von San José. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war jederzeit einfach und unkompliziert. Insgesamt eine top Unterkunft - Highlight auch die beiden Glasscheiben im Pool durch die man vom 24. Stock auf die Straßen nach unten schauen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We have been only for 12 hours in the apartment before the flight and it was great, clean and comfy and very close to the airport. Laundry and dryer machine was a great solution for last moment wash

El apartamento es como en las fotos, sus propietarios siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte y rápidamente. El lugar cuenta con parqueo, y cerca del aeropuerto. Recomiendo hospedarse en este airbnb he tenido una muy buena experiencia

My partner and I spent a week at Ulik and Andrea's place, and, it was fantastic! The location was excellent being minutes from the airport, and minutes away from City Mall with tons of local amenities. The unit was clean, we felt extremely safe on the property and the front gate security guard was also extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

Very cute, nice apartment with easy access to the airport. 24/7 security guards, so it feels very safe.

Unfortunately we couldn’t make it , due to a last minute change of plans… still the host was very responsive and helpful. I’m looking forward to booking it again in the near future

William was an amazing host! He was very flexible with the dates, which really helped me out a lot. Throughout my stay in Alajuela, he was always available and willing to assist with anything I needed. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. I truly appreciated his hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
