Owner on site, but you will have small home to yourself. The toilet is an odorless compost type toilet but does not require guests to clean or handle waste.

While we welcome shorter stays, please be aware that we offer a substantial discounts for 7+ and 30+ day stays. If you enjoy mountain biking, hiking, horses, or UTV/ATV riding, this is the location for you. With McDowell Mountain Park and Brown’s Ranch a short bike ride away, this property has access to some of the finest hiking and mountain bike trails in the state. In addition, properly registered UTV/ATV can ride into the Tonto from this location without having to trailer.

While connected to the main residence, (Casita is not accessible to main house) the casita has it own private entrance on the opposite side. A wonderful private patio with seating and gas grill along with beautiful views, complete the space.
