Our cosy studio is very central while being outside of the city centre. It's in a gated premises with your own private gated entrance also. Great for events in the RDS, Landsdowne Road, Bord Gais Theatre and 3 Arena. The bus stop both to & from the city centre is only a few meters from the door, as well as the Dart (train) which is 5 minutes walk. Journey into the city centre takes approximately 10 to 15 mins, grocery stores 10 mins walking distance & bars & restaurants. Free parking for 1 car.

Taking a stroll around the lakes, exploring the Wicklow way or mountain biking are just a few of the many things you can do to enjoy your stay.

Apartment with sandstone on outside walls. . wi fi included ( due to the nature of the building the WiFi connection doesn’t reach to the bedroom,), living room with single bed and sofa bed , large kitchen with dishwasher etc , large bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom /shower room ,20 mins drive from Dublin city centre . I'm proud to say my home was featured in Bad Sisters Season two (Grace's house) on Apple TV. It's a Coastal haven, sleeps two/ suitable for couple or single guest .
