Beautiful lockside property, amazing location with two great pubs right across the way. House was nice and cosy when we arrived and the heating was great all weekend long. We especially loved the conservatory where we at our breakfast in the sun. Perfect for dogs and lots of beautiful walks nearby. Would definitely return in summer. Great stay thank you

Great Group Stay Near Canterbury Fantastic place! Stayed with a group of 6, and importantly, there was a bed provided for everyone. The house had everything else we needed for a great weekend. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this absolutely beautiful place, one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at . So beautifully designed . It’s also in a perfect location to discover Rye . Peaceful and yet in the centre of town . We didn’t want to leave !

We hadden een prachtig verblijf. De ligging van het huis is schitterend. Zicht op zee en de duinen zijn je tuin. Het huis is heel licht en mooi ingericht. De verhuurders waren zeer vriendelijk en onmiddellijk bereikbaar. Onze kinderen hadden het er ook helemaal naar hun zin, zo dicht bij het strand. We hadden ook heel mooi weer :-)

We had a lovely time at Sue’s place. We came on the train - so no car. For us it was a 10-15 minute walk from the station, all very easy. The place is beautiful, a lot of character. Plenty of space for everything you’ll bring. Hot tub was a great addition which we loved using most of the nights we were there. Thanks!

Amazing location just behind a sand dune off amber beach. Perfect place to stay with kids, lots of games and activities if it’s raining and the beach for when it’s not! Great and clean facilities - everything you could need for an escape to the seaside!

Home was bright, airy and clean. Beautifully presented with a chic decor. Host suggested dog friendly activities and eateries in the area pre arrival and had great communication. Kitchen was modern and having milk, coffee and tea was a bonus but floor tiles were cracked in a few places. Bathroom was stunning and had some toiletries available. I didn’t feel comfortable using the shared garden with my dog as he would definitely spoil the other guests relaxation time. Also being able to see into their bedroom and lounge felt intrusive. However, we made full use of the large lounge balcony instead to soak up the sun. Unfortunately the bridge to Chalkwell Beach was closed which made the walk to that beach longer but the walk to Leigh on Sea along coastal path was very pleasant with plenty of dog friendly pubs and eateries. All in all we had an amazing time.

Our stay at Dominique and Muhammad’s AirBnB was Fantastic! Muhammad is a Great communicator and Very helpful and friendly! When he met us at the building, Muhammad was very kind and gracious! The AirBnB itself is Beautiful, well appointed and Very comfortable! The deck provides a wonderfully peaceful lounging location at the end of the day! This AirBnB is ideally located near Vauxhall for easy access to Tube, Bus, and River transportation. Even still, the AirBnB is on the Thames side of the building and is exceptionally quiet and comfortable! The Tesco on the bottom commercial floor is particularly convenient, and the restaurants there on the Thames are Very enjoyable!! We definitely recommend Muhammad and this AirBnB and look forward to coming back!

Mary's place is in great location with few minutes walk to DLR station. Surroundings looks quiet and peaceful with nice eateries and supermarket within 10 min walk. The heater was not working periodically and it took us few attempts with Mary to resolve the issue. But Mary was very nice and sent someone to check too.

I loved very discreet, very quiet place near the supermarket near the airport, the only bad thing was that we had a problem at check-in time that caused us to arrive later than we had agreed, but everything else was great, I would stay again.

We all really loved our stay here. Fantastic views from the apartment and great place to explore London from. The place was super clean and appreciated the top quality linen and towels. Kitchen was great too, with a handy coffee machine. Small grocery stores nearby were rather handy. Tip: found a Thames pedestrian tunnel 1km south so was awesome to explore Greenwich Observatory and Cutty Sark across the river.

Kappy made it very easy for us to check in by explaining and telling us if he was needed he’d be always available. Nothing more than if you are stuck. The apartment itself was incredible especially for the price and couldn’t reccomend it enough from the overview of the o2 and river Thames. Underground was close by too which helped getting into central. 30 mins max you’d be there. Check out was very simple and made it easy for us.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, mit guter Aussicht auf die Themse. Die City ist sehr gut zu erreichen mit der nahegelegenen Underground oder gleich als Sightseeing Trip mit dem UberBoat. Vorsicht am Sonntag, die Elisabeth Line fährt erst ab 7, wir mussten deshalb mit einem Taxi fahren. Ali war jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell und gut geantwortet. Gerne wieder.

Our family had a wonderful few days at the gorgeous Oast House property. Stunning setting with views across the fields. Local walks were great and maps available, along with local attractions all close by. Heather prepared an amazing meal for us which was well worth the money and the property had everything we needed for a peaceful and enjoyable few days away from the big smoke. The guest book in the property says it all about what a fantastic place this is. Highly recommend and look forward to returning soon.

We had a wonderful stay at The Granary. The setting is exceptional and you feel like you’re in a historic hamlet in the middle of beautiful, peaceful countryside. The hosts were great, leaving us to our own devices but on hand and responsive if needed. The Granary has been expertly restored as have the other historical buildings on site and the grounds are beautifully presented. We had everything we needed in the property. We would highly recommend booking a stay. Don’t forget your swim wear - the pool and jacuzzi are fantastic!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Josephine was a thoughtful, communicative host. The property is immaculate, beautifully renovated and well thought out. The garden was a lovely little sun trap in the evenings and also immaculately maintained. It has everything we needed and more, including local walks and recommendations. We loved our stay, very well situated for visiting various local places - Eastbourne, Drusillas, Battle & Hastings. Really peaceful setting, and loads of great places to eat locally.

We spent two nights and it was great. Very cosy and welcoming. Jessica was very kind and provided the information that we needed. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone who desires a quiet and peaceful environment. This place ticked all the boxes for us. Thanks so much Jessica.

Stayed at the accommodation while we attended a nearby wedding so location was perfect for us. The house was very well kept with a lovely outdoor space in the courtyard. Marion was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The most beautiful Airbnb ever. Would definitely recommend. Cozy and felt at home. Host was very welcoming and easy to talk to. We took walks at the Thames River in the morning and it was beautiful. Would definitely come again if given another chance.

Geplant hatten wir eine Gartenreise mit mehreren Personen und das Cottage von Diana und Terence war ideal für unsere Zwecke. Es lag inmitten der zahlreichen Gärten, die wir besuchen wollten. Die Küche war wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was wir zum Kochen benötigten. Es gab 2 Badezimmer und ausreichend Schlafzimmer und das Cottage lag wunderschön im Garten der Gastgeber. Die Jahreszeit war ideal. Wir hatten tolles Wetter und blickten auf imposante Sonnenuntergänge aus dem Fenster des Cottage. Auf Empfehlung waren wir im Pub "The Hurstwood" und dort haben wir wirklich sehr gut gegessen. Die beiden Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen sympathisch und es war wirklich sehr nett, mit ihnen zu plaudern. Und ja, der Besuch in Chartwell hat sich, wie sie uns prophezeit haben, wirklich gelohnt. Herzlichen Dank an beide für den schönen Aufenthalt dort.

We really enjoyed our Easter week stay at the The Long Stable. Andrew and his wife were very welcoming and supportive hosts. The location is idyllic, very quiet and private, even if other farm buildings are nearby you won‘t be disturbed and can make the most of the huge terrace. The cottage is very tastefully furnished and everything is to a high standard. All mod cons are available and the kitchen is fully equipped so wie could enjoy cooking ourselves as well as trying out some of the many pubs and restaurants within easy reach by car. You can stroll around the farm or nearby woods at your leisure, we particulary enjoyed saying hello to the newborn lambs one of which we were allowed to feed as well. The farm is ideally located to visit the coast (recommending Rye Harbour Nature Reserve), National Trust Sites like Sissinghurst or Bateman or simply enjoy the countryside…you really are spoilt for choice. We highly recommend The Long Stable and would love to return for a longer stay.
