Amazing stay in a beautiful comfortable and clean space. Everything you need to feel at home. Pablo was super friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

We used to live in Brighton and decided to rent a house this visit, having usually stayed with friends. This house did not disappoint! We have a 10 month old baby and also brought our labrador. The house was absolutely great! It is very spacious, in a great location for the beach and town, & extremely well-equipped. Towels and bedding are good quality & the beds are very comfortable. I particularly appreciated that, unlike the majority of holiday rentals, there was a great selection of spices and other things helpful for cooking. There was also a generous selection of bathroom essentials and lovely reed diffusers in every room. You can tell that a lot of care and thought has been put into providing everything you could wish for to make your holiday easy and enjoyable. Graham was excellent at keeping in touch when we had questions. He left a number of fresh groceries for our arrival, which was so appreciated. We would stay again without hesitation.

We stayed here as a group of 11 and it was perfect. Marina was super helpful from the moment we booked and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The location is perfect. Close enough that everything is a 10 minute walk but also quiet enough that we weren’t right in the thick of it. If you’re staying in Brighton, I definitely recommend.

Amanda’s house was just as described - we were a party of 10 and there was plenty of space for us all. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed in the house which was very well stocked! Amanda even left us some wine and chocolates which was a really great touch. We used public transport to get in and out of london which was even quicker than we had anticipated and was a pleasant surprise. Communication was faultless and I would recommend this house to anyone coming to the capital.

Rye is a wonderful area and Steve’s house was perfectly located to be able to walk to local restaurants and coffee shops plus an easy drive to nearby attractions. Steve was helpful and responsive, the house was full of character and a great place to stay.

We had a lovely time here for our family gathering, with space and comfy sofas that our two year old immediately sunk into, games and jigsaws that kept us busy when we came home from the beach, a kitchen that was spotless and a joy to use, a terrace we happily spent evenings and mornings on and enough bedrooms for all, would definitely recommend and hope we can stay again! Thanks so much!

Lovely house in Dulwich...Dulwich Park, Dulwich Village and East Dulwich are all nearby to explore lovely cafes, bakeries, Caves de Fromages and restaurants. Travel to London is easy with a bus and train ride or a short walk to the local train stations. Dulwich Park is marvellous with a lovely cafe. Dharshan and Lily were so helpful and attentive as hosts, their communication was great and they were always checking in to make sure that we were ok. The house is a lovely and very comfortable four-bedroom house with a lovely garden and a very enjoyable kitchen. It suited our needs perfectly! Thanks very much!

Emily’s flat is really nice and cosy ; you feel at home as if you were welcomed by a friend. The house is full of details that make you feel that the house is usually used in every day life by a family. Emilie is also very welcoming . the house is 10 minutes away from King’s Cross / St Pancras by foot. There are quite a lot of stairs in the house, but it was not a problem.

Our stay at Andrea and Maitland's place was fantastic! The accommodation was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Communication was smooth and quick, and they were very accommodating throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting and would love to stay again in the future. A perfect Airbnb experience!

Nice cosy home. Basement kitchen and living area was a nice space to retreat to at the end of the day - perfect location for us, easy walk to the north lanes - fantastic Japanese/korean place to eat O’shio a few minutes walk away and couple of pubs at the end of the street. We visited in Feb so was cold and didn’t use the outdoor space - but would have made a nice spot to chill out in when warmer - Mathew was good, quick to respond with info etc - check-in etc all very nice easy. Would stay again next time we back in the uk/brighton!

It’s the second time we have stayed here and loved it just as much this time round. Wonderful old townhouse in a great location. Can’t wait to come back to Hastings and hopefully stay again. I recommend the Terry Thomas DVD from Nicks collection, maybe only for those of a certain age but I found it very funny.

It was Vanessa and my first time in London. We came to London for her to run the 2025 London Marathon, as part of her World Major Marathon quest. Neil and his family were excellent, and helpful with communication and suggestions for the public transit etc. The flat was in a perfect location for the Marathon, but also for our siteseeing of the City. We saw so much, and it was easy to get back to the flat, via the Tube, Uber, Taxi etc. Mostly, by our own feet. We walked over 50 miles during our time in London........The flat is located perfectly to all the major attractions. The flat had everything we needed, and was super clean and comfortable. It was very quiet at night and the street outside had stores and many convenience items, including gelato across the street LOL. We would highly recommend Neil and his family as hosts. We would absolutely stay here again, and had zero complaints. Someone has another medal, and we had an amazing time in London, and Paris (for a day).

My family and I spent about a month in this listing, which was terrific. First of all, Anton and his team were incredibly responsive and proactive, readily available and willing to support all of our requests and enquiries promptly and urgently. The reservation also comes with a comprehensive guide to the townhouse and the surrounding neighbourhood, which is helpful. The listing is lovely - well decorated, spacious, and accommodating to large groups and extended stays. It is well furnished with ample amenities for all your needs. Location-wise, the listing is very close to train and bus stops, making it easy to access all parts of the city and beyond. It is also within walking distance to several shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and gyms. We were genuinely pleased with this listing and would gladly recommend it to anyone considering it for short or extended stays.

This is a lovely big house in an amazing location. Tanya and Nick were extremely nice hosts. They helped with recommendations and answered any questions rapidly.

Cannot recommend this place enough - very central, comfortable and can host a family. Anne is very responsive and accommodating as well. Loved every minute of our stay!

Ideal location for our trip to ABBA Voyage, no complaints or concerns, property was spotless, cosy and warm. Everything we needed was provided and the low lighting on the stairs should be in every home. We would stay again if Helen will have us and we will definitely recommend as a place to stay.

Splendid house in excellent condition. The best we visited during our 10 day trip around the UK. Quiet neighbourhood, and only the faintest noise despite the short walk to the underground. Garden table and chairs a very welcome plus for a sunny outdoor breakfast. Will definitely try to stay here again if we return to London as a family.

La maison de Nadia est encore mieux que sur les photos .Un endroit cosy et très bien équipé surtout dans la cuisine . J’ai pu tranquillement préparer les repas de Noël pour notre famille. Les lits sont très moelleux. Nadia est une hôte très sympathique et réactive à nos moindres questions. Le petit jardin est un vrai plus. Chose très appréciée : Nadia s’est occupée des démarches pour pouvoir stationner la voiture devant la maison ou presque . Le quartier est très calme. Merci Et belle fin d’année

Great location. We didn’t use the car once which is the sign of a good break. We managed to find a parking space less than 1 minute walk away which was ideal. House was lovely. Beds comfy and felt like home after a few days. Loved all the houseplants too. We didn’t use the garden or balcony as it was cold but would be great in warmer months. Pumpkin was well behaved too. Thank you.

Kerim's home is full of charm and character. it feels like you are staying in the home of a well-read and well-travelled friend. Very short walk to market and great restaurants and pubs. The working sitting room wood stove created a cozy space for coffee/tea and lots of puzzle work. Loved the old upright piano in the hearth room above. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming property in Southend-on-Sea. The place was absolutely spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a cute, welcoming vibe. It’s conveniently located close to local shops, cafes, and other amenities, which made everything super easy and enjoyable. The highlight, though, was the host—so friendly and accommodating! He came by a couple of times to make sure everything was okay. He greeted us warmly and gave us a great tour of the property, making us feel right at home from the start. I highly recommend this lovely spot for anyone visiting the area!

The stay was really nice. The location was perfect, just a couple minutes from Victoria Station. We very much enjoyed our visit. The Host was very responsive, let us drop off bags and check in a little early and leave a little late. The house was very clean. We will stay again on our next London trip.

We had a fantastic time at No 2, it was perfectly positioned for everything we wanted to do. It’s very roomy and well kitted out with everything you would need. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone else. Philippa was a brilliant host who was very helpful and great at communicating everything.

C’était parfait, nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour cette si jolie et cosy maison, très propre, très fonctionnelle et très confortable. Avec un beau petit jardin. Bravo à Jill pour la rénovation ! Jill a aussi toujours été réactive et nous a parfaitement accompagnés, le processus d’accueil est très bon. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour à la découverte de Brighton et de ses environs. Nous sommes également allés à Londres, c’était vraiment facile avec la gare de Portslade à moins de 10 min à pied. Il y a aussi des commerces à proximité. Les permis de stationnement fournis par Jill nous ont été très utiles étant venus de France en voiture. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps et espérons avoir l’occasion de revenir dans cette maison !
