Unwind on the deck and take in the beauty of the Texas Hill Country in this west Austin retreat. This guesthouse is surrounded by nature and wildlife with easy lake access and great hiking trails nearby. Enjoy the roll-up door to bring the outside in and extend the living room onto the deck. If you're looking for a relaxing 5-star experience, this is your place! If you love the outdoors, you will love this place. We built it in an effort to bring the outdoors in. You can raise the glass "garage door" to have a beautiful view of nature and hear the wet weather creek running. You may even spot a deer or fox. It has a cozy king bed and we can also provide a luxury blow up mattress. This is a standalone guest house completely separate from the main house with it's own private driveway. You will have full access to explore the entire property and nearby hiking trails My wife and I are happy to hang out and provide advice on the best places to explore in Austin. However, if you want privacy you will never have to see us. There is a keypad on the front door, so you will have easy access with a key code and the entire transaction can occur through AirBNB. The home is in a very private neighborhood with lots between two and ten acres. The area is secluded and private, yet only 12 miles to downtown, two miles to Lake Austin, 8 miles to Lake Travis, and less than 10 minutes from a range of restaurants. Most people bring their car, but Uber is another great ways to explore Austin from this property. You can also ride your bike to Lake Austin (but you better be in shape to ride back up the hills) The home is in a very private neighborhood with lots between two and 10 acres. This unique home in the Arboretum area is in a quiet neighborhood and a few minutes from restaurants, five grocery stores , and easy freeway access. Close to the Q2, The Domain & Renaissance Austin Hotel. If you are coming to town for a Moody Center concert, the home is about 15-20 minutes away. Spacious with 4 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens & 1 single) and 3 bathrooms. The pool and hot tub are available all year but the pool is warm from May to October. This is a great place to relax.

The cabin sits at the back of our 1 acre property and has a private patio with chimenea and BBQ grill. Fully stocked kitchen so you can eat all your meals at home, or venture out to our neighborhood Italian restaurant, Patrizi's, or local coffee shop, Civil Goat. You deserve great sleep on your trip, so enjoy adjusting the sleep number bed to your desired firmness. Take a dip in the pool and play some beach volleyball while you are here.
