The Shepherds Hut with Private Hot Tub

This is no ordinary shepherds hut with its very own log burner hot tub on the private deck overlooking the burn and woodlands. Inside, the living area has a well equipped kitchenette, arm chairs, drop down table and a large king size bed. It also has a spacious shower. You will also have access to the fire pit, complimentary kayaks, paddle boards, canoe and rowing boat during your stay. Single night stays are subject to a £35 supplement which will be added to your reservation after you book.

Càirdeil House, 8 Allan Gardens, Dornoch.

Our now extended (we've added a bedroom and shower room) detached 5 bed home is a new eco-house 5 mins walk from Dornoch Cathedral and 9 min to the golf club. A footpath through the woods leads directly over the golf course to the beach. The house is on a quiet road and looks out onto open countryside to the rear. There are five bedrooms, each with twin beds (three rooms can be made into superking beds) and three bathrooms. There are two lounges, a dining room, kitchen, utility/drying room.

The perfect getaway, this stunning self-contained studio is the perfect sanctuary with one of the best views you will find on Royal Deeside in the Scottish Highlands yet totally retains its homely feel. Offering the luxury of a hot tub, romance of a wood burning fire, fully equipped kitchen, 50” tv, the peace and tranquillity second to none. Go through the patio doors to a huge area of decking where you can enjoy nature at its best, while turning the BBQ or pizza and enjoy your evening G+T.

Brachkashie Cottage on a loch

Brachkashie Cottage is situated on the edge of a private loch with incredible views overlooking Loch Knockie. The cottage has its own jetty, rowing boat and direct access to Loch Knockie, including fishing rights for brown trout during the season. Walk through the front door, down the stairs into the main living area and you will be taken into another world! The panoramic view of the loch and hills beyond is very special. One of the regular guests describes it as the best view in Scotland.

The Bunk House with Private Hot Tub

The Bunk House has two rustic log bunk beds, an en-suite shower room, kitchen, lounge-dining area and heating. Linen and towels are also provided, the space measures a total of 35 m2. Please note this is dormitory style accommodation. You will also be able to use the fire pit, canoes, paddle boards, and rowing boat during your stay. There’s also a hot tub too now! Free Parking. Single night stays are subject to a £35 supplement which will be added to your reservation after you book.

Caledonian Cabin + Hot Tub

Hidden away on the edge of Loch Garry, this beautiful five star log cabin with a private hot tub sits in a secluded woodland. Sleeping 6, it's a great getaway for family and friends - only an hour's drive from Inverness and Skye. A maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are welcome, some basic rules apply. (If you book for just 1 night then a £195 single night stay supplement will be added to your booking fee after booking) Families, couples and Mixed parties only are permitted to stay.

A unique and peaceful get away awaits you at ‘Osprey Hide’. Our converted steading has open views over farmland and woodland that stretch over Findhorn Bay. This is a great spot to watch the Moray Ospreys as they range over the Bay. Outside you will find a private spa tub, patio and BBQ area. We are close to Forres and Findhorn Bay is a short walk / bike ride from the door. There are lovely country walks all around us.

Forces Manor Room 3, Triple +1

Room 3 is a private standard hotel room on the ground floor. This family room is for four guests and has a double bed and two single beds, one of which is an overhead bed Although it can be reserved as a triple, twin, or single, the room is charged for four people by default. There is a private shower and toilet. All linen and towels all supplied.
