Cocketts Holiday Cottage - a delightful 16th century pink country cottage tucked away on a quiet lane in the heart of rural Suffolk. Cosy, comfortable and tranquil, featuring beams, logburning stove and large garden with orchard, games room and children's playhouse. Feed the owner's pygmy goats and look for eggs from the chickens. The Strawberry Box is a luxuriously converted old tractor barn located on our working strawberry farm in rural Suffolk. South facing with extensive views across the rolling countryside, it is self contained and private, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday, a romantic break or a base for exploring the rich heritage and beautiful villages around us. There are good pubs within comfortable walking distance and footpaths and narrow lanes to explore close by - or just take a wander around the farm.

The Old Stables. Detached and full of character

On the Suffolk Essex border surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of wildlife lies our old late 18th century stable building. Just 5 minutes off the A12 and you are in a different world. We live in the thatched Farm Cottage, the oldest part dating back to the 15th century and the stable is situated at the end of the drive. Excellent location for cycling (on the National Cycle Route 1), or visiting Jimmys Farm just 4.9 miles up the road. Walking is a must or just relax and unwind!

Wrenwood is a well presented, riverside cottage in the quaint historic town of Clare. At over 250 years old and recently renovated, it is the perfect place for a relaxing break. Situated along a quiet footpath, next to the River Stour and a few minutes walk from the High Street, it is conveniently placed to explore the delights of the Suffolk and Essex countryside. With its inglenook fireplaces, exposed beams and cosy rooms, it exudes country charm.

Idyllic house and gardens on estuary

A beautiful large farmhouse, dating from approximately 1600 and listed Grade II, in acres of idyllic gardens and overlooking a mile-wide river estuary. There is direct access from the bottom of the garden onto the ‘sea wall’ along the river, for walks and wonderful birdwatching. There is a duckpond (fenced) by the house and chickens (collect the eggs), and a large summerhouse with veranda in the garden, as well as a paddock of alpacas!

Chapel Cottage is a luxury 3-bedroom holiday home, elegantly furnished, providing a perfect year-round retreat for 6 people. The spacious barn conversion features a shaker-style kitchen, open plan living and dining area, and bi-folding doors leading to a private brick courtyard with a 12-person dining table and an American 6-8 man hot tub. Upstairs, three stylish king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms await.
