Another wonderful stay at this perfectly located, cosy and incredibly family friendly seaside retreat. This time the weather was better so the children could enjoy the garden as well. We will certainly be back.

White Sands was a great family house for two families including 5 children from age 15 to 7 with loads of space and a great garden. The house had everything we needed, is light and airy and very close to the beach as well as great for going to visit Dungeness and Rye. Karl was very responsive and provided lots of detail for when we checked in. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay for Christmas with the in-laws. Matt was very responsive and helpful before the booking and throughout. The house is lovely and even nicer than the photographs. The communal space is spacious and well set out. It was very cosy and ideal for hosting the family. We couldn’t recommend more highly!

This is such a fantastic house for a big group! There's plenty of communal space. Both the house and garden are gorgeous. The rooms are lovely - with brilliant views of the sea. And Jane is so helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely top. Warren was very welcoming when showing us around the place was in great condition and exactly as shown. Bedrooms all had TVs and Kitchen was well stocked for extras coffee sauces and condiments and bathrooms had soap towels and extras if you forgot something. 100% would stay again.

We had a perfect and Peaceful getaway was perfect for friends as there was plenty of homely spots and a lovely kitchen. the hosts were so helpful and very responsive. the property was clean and well equipped. We came for a weekend family trip which included my 3 year old. The property was a 5-10 minute walk from Colliers Wood tube and access to the property easy. The home itself was amazing! Well equipped and fab for a small child who loved sleeping in the bunk beds and reading all the books there. Colliers Wood is on the Northern line and is well served to other parts of the city. We used the Tesco metro which is really near by and enroute from the tube back to the property to stock up on a few bits. There was a Sainsbury's and M and S near by too which we used for our dinner the second night after a busy day sightseeing. The home was just so lovely to relax in after a long day. Peter was super responsive and helpful after I messaged to say it was slightly chilly and this was literally because the weather had only just gone so cold. Peter sorted the boiler for us and provided blankets just in case we were chilly. Great property and great host. Would love to go back!

We had a couple of our guys working in the area who stayed at the property. they reported back that they had a very comfortable stay the property was in a good location and was clean and tidy Paul the host was very responsive. if working in the area again would definitely rebook

I have stayed there before since it's close to my daughter's house. It's a great place to stay, comfortable, easily accessible, high street is 3 blocks away. Eryn is a great host!

Loved our stay at Amanda’s house. Close to the beach. Lovely and clean and garden was perfect for the kids!

The property is nicely situated for the centre of Southampton. It is ideal for 2 people, well decorated and furnished with all necessary amenities. We found it to be very clean and in a fairly quiet area with no traffic noise at night. There is off road parking too, the only proviso being that the driveway to the parking area is narrow so caution is needed when driving in and out.

Our stay at Ali’s place was very enjoyable. He was extremely communicative and responsive both before and during our trip.

Spacious three bedroom 2nd floor appartment. Lift located next to appartment front door. One parking space which can be seen from living room window. Lots of extras in appartment- eg shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet roll, hand soap etc which was a great addition. Further free parking around the corner on Derby Road. 10 min walk to Boscombe beach. Would thoroughly recommend and look forward to a return trip

Exactly as described and as shown on the photos! Super convenient and cosy and the hosts were really welcoming. I felt at home instantly. The location is perfect, everything is so close, there’s the train and bus stations, restaurants, shops and more. I a 100% recommend staying there 😊!

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!

Lovely apartment in a very good location in Southsea. The place was very well-kept, comms were very good, and having our own parking was really handy. Jane and the team were also really responsive, helping us to sort a couple of minor issues very quickly. Would definitely recommend

Lovely apartment, great location - few minutes walk to the beach and local shops. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Nicola is a great host and was kind enough to provide a high chair, cot bed and bouncer for our babies. The stairs up to the apartment were tricky for us to navigate with two small babies and 2 strollers, but besides that we had a wonderful time!

We had an amazing stay at Remi's place! The apartment was exactly as described - cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurant and the supermarket. Remi was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful with all my enquiries. The check-in process was seamless, and the space had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially loved how compact everything was! I would highly recommend. Thank you, Remi, for making it hitch-free! We will definitely be back when we’re in London again!
