Welcome to Kamloops! This studio suite is decorated in a modern fashion and is close to transit, restaurants, as well as a short drive to the Trans Canada Highway. Includes laundry, high speed internet, kitchen, queen bed, smart TV on Netflix and private entrance. You may use the deck, but it is a common space and is technically not part of the rental. There is plenty of hiking, mountain biking and skiing (45 mins to Sun Peaks Resort) so come explore! Not suitable for infants and small children.

Books and games, yes of course! You’ll have your own locked entrance but we are nearby so if you are missing any basics, we are happy to help! Only minutes off the highway in a quiet, new neighborhood!

If you are needing a place to stay for a tournament, wedding , an early apt at the hospital or just a place to rest our home may be right for you. Julia’s Suite features a full kitchen. An adjoining (Buds Lounge Suite) can also be rented for up to four additional guests. Holmwood Farm is a very scenic property with great views and lots of hiking and x country ski trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and cows which are grazed regeneratively. . You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pastured meats and locally sourced gifts from our farm store.
