We enjoyed this peaceful little apartment. It was super clean and Valleri's communication and goodie basket made us feel welcome. There must be a lot of wild turkeys in Tennessee because we saw quite a few. We would definitely stay there again.

Brianna and her property were great during our stay in Nashville. She was accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process, and made our first experience on AirBNB great one. The location was perfect and nearby many spots we wanted to visit. We would recommend staying with Brianna.

Renee’s place was great. Great location being a short walk to Broadway with a great donut and coffee shop directly across the street. Bed was comfy, decor was very cute. Loved chillin on the balcony and down by the fire pits. Pool was well maintained and very active.

Place was very clean, updated, well stocked with EVERYTHING (coffee, ice, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, extra pillows and blankets, toilet paper). AC worked great. Within walking distance to a coffee shop and only a 7 min Lyft ($15) to Broadway! Perfect for our girls weekend.

Myself and my wife really enjoyed the unit. It was stunning as was the recreation room and pool area. It was very easy to walk to all the music in Nashville. The owner made us feel very welcome with her proactive check-in directions and communication. Thanks for the great stay in Nashville!

Great place! Zach was so quick to respond and easy to work with. Very clear instructions and the place was the perfect location for us. Perfect walking distance to downtown - definitely recommend.

The location was perfect for visiting our soldier in Fort Campbell. The location not only provided us with the quaint town of Clarksville but also a short drive to Nashville. We will be back for sure.

we booked this unit midway through our vacation to get away from a different ABNB that didn't live up to expectations. Not only did Lindsey's unit surpass all our expectations, but she was very helpful in trying to accommodate us, understanding we were booking reactively. she was able to get us a parking spot hours before our check in time, and even got us in to our unit 2 hours earlier than advertised. the unit was spotless, and felt professionally cleaned like you would expect from a 4+ star hotel. we were able to book at a very very attractive rate, a rate lower than any hotel equivalent. only ten minute walk to Broadway, we were able to stroller our kids to and from without needing to Uber. I would stay here again, and my only regret is that I didn't select this unit for my entire stay. they have coffee, and laundry supplies included in the unit. this unit is perfect for two pairs of adults, but could very easily support 2 full families. Penthouse suite vibes BOOK IT!

It's unfortunate that I can't give this place more than 5 stars. It actually deserves 10 stars. Its beauty and grandeur are absolutely stunning and the setting is picturesque. I had no idea we would be staying in a place that, by most peoples definition, would be a mansion. We all thought it surely embodied the look and feel of a wealthy, gorgeous and grand estate. The numerous rooms were huge and so were many of the bathrooms. The owners obviously spared no cost in the place. From the marble countertops, marble floors, light fixtures, flooring, spiral staircase, extremely comfortable beds, massive deck and large pool, there were so many things that had our jaws dropping. There are too many amenities and more luxury than I can mention but needless to say, all of our numerous family members that came to visit were stunned by its beauty. Many of them asked me to please book it again for thanksgiving or Christmas. The place surely enamored us all with some beautiful, indelible memories.

Favorite Place in Springfield!

We arrived after dark and Edison made sure the inside lights were on before we arrived. This was very thoughtful. We were able to meet Edison and his wife the next day. They were both super nice and explained the history of their beautiful home. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our time together.

A wonderful house to host our two families. We try to get together a few times a year and it can be tough to find a place with enough bedrooms and space for everyone- that was not a problem at this house! Everyone was happy with their rooms and the common areas. The outside space was amazing! The hot tub and pool were fantastic and watching the birds and turkeys at the feeders out front was a highlight for everyone. The house was just the right distance (about 30 minute car ride) from all the country activities we wanted to experience in Nashville. We had a peaceful retreat with easy access to the city!

We came to Nashville for my nephew’s graduation from Belmont University! Great time with family!

David’s place was perfect for our long weekend in Nashville. He is an extremely organized host and his place had everything we could possibly need. It was an easy walk to Broadway and the stadium. David’s instant responses and his detailed communications were appreciated. Will absolutely stay here again!

Super central spot, walking distance to everywhere. The host Kimberly is very friendly, professional, proactive and you feel that she wants you to have a good stay. The unit was as described and neat. If you like to get around on foot, this is the perfect place. Only drawback was, unrelated to the unit, that there are VERY limited options when it comes to grocery shopping if you want to get supplies for a week. There is a small DGX grocery store approx. 15 min walking distance and Whole Foods with >22 min walking distance. Uber was fine to do it, but adds to the pricey Whole Foods bill.

Gleicy was an outstanding host and her place is in an ideal location for those wanting walkable access to the convention center, country music hall of fame, or lower Broadway. She was a great communicator and the place was clean and comfortable.

Rented this place for a bachelor party. Absolutely perfect location. Many of the attractions are within walking distance. Really pretty area. The apartment had enough room for all of the guys to hang out and chill in. Would recommend to anybody coming down to Nashville!

Rindi was an amazing host. We had a few questions for her since we were not familiar with the area. And she was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay at this beautiful place again next time in Nashville. Highly recommend it

Katie's place was exactly how it was described, I felt like I was at home. The patio in the morning with a fresh cup of coffee was superb. The esthetics of the apartment were well thought out and very creative.The location was 6-8mins from dtown depending on the traffic, the outside would fool you on what your in store for on the inside, just because it a bit dated exteriorly and ducked off on the side. Katie was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed prior to arrival. I will certainly stay again.

My first time in Nashville and this place was AMAZING. Even though there was much construction around this time. It was okay. Not far from broadway at all, but it’s better to take the scooter for $5 unless you want to walk the 25 min. Interior of the condominium was clean and all the extra helpful things around the place was great to have. Would definitely come back here the next time I do a trip like this to Nashville!
